Miguel Lopez from New Pro Plumbing, is the first plumber I have had that has left my house as neat as it was before he came. Worked very quick and efficient, and I see no problems with the installation. He is easy to get hold of by phone, and was on time. Will definitely use him again!

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received from Miguel. I called yesterday morning and he was able to come today and replace my hose bib unit which was damaged. Miguel was great - explained the problem clearly to me, helped me understand what he was going to do to fix it, showed me where my condo's shutoff valve was (which I was told that we didn't have one), and even helped with a few other things that were above and beyond what he was called out here to do. Would recommend and would use them again any time!

The TL;DR... My water heater died and New Pro replaced it in less than 24 hours at a more than fair price with great customer service.
When 4 people live in a condo together, not having hot water is not an option. There are constant showers and even more constant dishwashing and hand washing (it's still a pandemic after all).
When our water heater decided to fail in the evening, I jumped on the phone looking for a fast solution. After calling multiple services, Miguel & New Pro took all of my information, including pictures of the problem and scheduled a morning appointment. This is

Miguel did an incredible job at repairing two of our toilets in a quick and efficient manner. Total Scammers. Miguel came to my house and quoted $900.00 to replace toilet. Toilet is $200.00 at Home Depot. I told Miguel his price was ridiculous and he reply's " this is Mar Vista and you have very valuable home". $900.00 for toilet that won't stop running repair. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck yesterday. Watch out with these guys!

Miguel is great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I called him for first-time service and he was able to come out that same day. He inspected and identified the source of the leak, and repaired the leak all in the same day. He was professional and respectful of my home. These guys are amazing. I wanted a new hose bib installed on the outside of my garage. I reached out to a few plumbers for quotes. Miguel was able to do the install within hours of my inquiry and matched my best price. His work was clean and professional. After the review Miguel went above and beyond to get back in and see what could be done to fix the
Leaking toilet. I wanted a few days to really make sure i wasn't dealing with the same situation, but after 2.5days the leak has still not returned.

Miguel is the best and most honest plumber I have ever met! His work is quick extremely efficient and very well priced! He is not one of those plumbers that tries to add on or recommend anything you do not need! He truly just wants to help you with your absolute essential needs!
He helped to fix our corroded fixtures underneath our sink in order to install a new dishwasher our house is very old and so is the sink and he did the most amazing job and threw in extras for free!

New Pro Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company. Miguel Lopez is very professional and explained my water heater problem in very simple easy to understand terms. The costs for services provided were very fair. He also provided me with additional tips on how to extend the life of my water heater as well as how to save on gas flow during warmer months free of charge.
