Alex K was honest about his arrival window and sounded trustworthy over the phone, disclosed important information about his service, especially the part that his lock was USPS approved. I had called the people from mailboxlockandkey.com whom at first seem professional but then lost my trust when they had gone over their arrival window and tech had been diverted to another emergency call-in and didn't bother to let me know. They also didn't give me a complete quote over the phone. HOWEVER, ALEX K straight up told me exactly how much I would pay($150) and how long it would take to change the lock

Dishonest, very expensive, unreasonable. Poor experience
This is for a simple repair to front door lock of a rental house I own. I googled and called Tony. Specially told him I am the owner and would pay for the service. He quoted me $39 for service call and repair cost typically ranges from $85 to $150. He asked me for cell # for him to text me to get the address. After receiving no text, I called him again and did get his text. Provided him address and the tenant contact and asked him to schedule. A few hours later, got a text message from the tenant informing me that he was forced to pay $409
