Scheduled appointment in advance and went over what was needed in list of repairs in case Pearson had to order parts. Dropped off F150 Platinum truck on time for appointment. Called on Tuesday for update to find out what was done and ETA on getting truck back. Was told they would check one more service item and get back to me. That never happened. I went in to service department on Wednesday afternoon to see what was going on and found out they did not perform any of the truck repairs in 3 days of being in their shop including the multiple recalls that were on this vehicle. I would like to thank Dustin Green for his help yesterday. They had to do a inspection due to a recall and i caught them at their busiest time. Instead of having to leave my truck for a 5 minute inspection he made the walk back to the shop and was able to have the inspection done right then. This was needed to know how to proceed with the recall repair. The extra effort by Dustin saved me from having to arrange 2 different rides.

Most amazing service experience: Service advisor Bill had clear communication on phone, quick access to an appointment, fully comprehended the engine issue on arrival with estimates on a return date. Bill empathized with down vehicle, listened and communicated. Tech repair order clearly explained the engine work and vehicle was returned early! Thank you Tech 4942, I read your notes! 3 visits and 12 total down days in other dealer and Pearson Ford fixed first time in 2 days! Thank you Pearson Ford!

Started looking for a truck in May and found that Pearson was the only close dealership the could get what I wanted. Walked in and asked to talk to a sales representative about my options and Jaime was the representative I got. He helped me work through what I wanted, how much it would be, and the best way to order it to get it as soon as possible. He was very understanding with my questions and concerns and they were able to work with me on pricing. Overall fully deserved 5 stars. Holly the financial manager I worked with was also fantastic and made the paperwork a breeze. I would definitely talk
