The owners of Acclaimed are guys that worked closely together in the insurance field for several years before discussing that they could serve customers better than most of the contractors in the industry currently.
It is imperative that the water loss be stopped and the drying process started ASAP. Failure to promptly start the drying process will increase the probability of microbial activity. We want to focus on the drying and mitigation as promptly as possible to ensure that the likelihood of microbial activity is minimized.
No homeowner can ever be fully prepared for his/her house to catch on fire and if this does occur, many have no idea what to do next. If the fire is fairly larger-scaled, more than likely, the fire department will be called to the home to put the fire out. Once this happens, the fire department will leave your home and it is usually up to the homeowner to begin the process of recovering the home, if possible.
Mold - All buildings have mold. Every time we open our door in the state of Georgia we introduce mold, but when you have a water intrusion we raise the humidity level above 55 percent. When this happens it's like putting water on a plant. The more water and time the more mold grows. It takes 3 to 5 days for mold to grow.

Had one of their people to come out and clean my truck because it smelled like cigarettes smoke. I come back out and see half of my headliner drooping and the fabric on both door side panels a little damaged. And for the damage to my truck I will try and get some of my money back. the guy even told me he was going to clean another guys hummer interior after he got done with my truck that day. I feel sorry for the next person's vehicle that come into contact with anyone from this company.

My wife and I highly recommend Darrell and Acclaimed Home Services. Extremely knowledgeable and licensed - which in important in Georgia since I believe it's unregulated. Darrell was able to solution our mold issue for both our back doors which get a lot of rain water. Be sure to ask him to tell you his mold analogy and the 3-legged stool. Will definitely use him again if needed.

Acclaimed Home Services did an outstanding job! They were always on time, always prepared, and very efficient. Sammy took the time to answer questions and explain each step of the drying out process. Acclaimed made what was a pretty awful situation into something that was at least bearable. I highly recommend them.

When we noticed water under the floor in our basement, we called a few companies that friends recommended, but Darrell had already looked at the damage and was helping me dry out before any of the other companies returned my call. He checked moisture readings all around and came back several times during the week to make sure everything was drying properly. We discussed several options for replacement flooring, and within a few days of ordering the flooring, it was installed. Darrell's attention to detail was fantastic; he showed me several things that I wouldn't have known the difference

Acclaimed Home Services and Mr. Sammy Sutton have been a dream to deal with. I could not recommend Mr. Sutton any higher. After speaking with a few "National' companies and getting nowhere, Mr. Sutton showed up and fixed my leak, and had my business open and running within a few days. He is very reasonable and Very professional, you can not find a better person to deal with, trust me.

While Darell did not complete a treatment at my home, he provided immaculate service. He arrive on time, he educated me about the process and most importantly he was honest.
While I was having a panic attack that I’ll have to rip up bathroom floor and cut in my ceiling after a bathtub overflowed, he set the baseline by testing unaffected area then confirmed that there was no moisture remaining from the flooding. This is a level of integrity we just don’t see often in the service industry these days.

Darrell came out right away to assess a small patch of mold in our dining room. He did moisture analysis and inspected the area thoroughly and then let us know that we really didn't have a problem. I so appreciate his integrity, because he could have been dishonest and said we needed the whole wall taken out. I would recommend this company to anyone having mold issues. April 2018
