Ambiance was founded in 2009 by Michael Baker. Michael always looked up to small business owners. He loved their drive, work ethic, and willingness to never give up. He always strived to be a business owner and was lucky to find his niche, the swimming pool business. Ambiance started off as a one man company servicing almost 100 pools a week.
We believe pool service isn't just about cleaning a pool. We do not take it lightly when you hire us to service your pool on a weekly basis. We are proud of the company that we have built and the employees who have core values and pride in their work. Any company can clean a pool but we strive to elevate the service experience.
TUCSON POOL WATER RECYCLING, located in Tucson, Arizona, is committed to preserving Arizona's precious water by offering an alternative to the traditional drain and refill of a swimming pool. The PURIPOOL PROCESS allows us to provide a Water Wise solution for removing Calcium Hardness, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and Cyanuric Acid (CYA) from both residential and commercial swimming pools without draining or exposing the interior finish.
After Ambiance installs your new Pentair pool equipment we will stand by the manufacture warranty. When we send over your final invoice you will have the serial numbers for the pump, filter, heater, or sanitizer we installed on the paperwork. If a warranty call needs to be submitted we will do the work for you.
Our mobile filtration trailer utilizes Reverse Osmosis (RO) to lower Calcium Hardness, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), salts, phosphates, Cyanuric Acid (CYA) and other contaminates from the swimming pool. The trailers are completely self-contained and run on their own power. Two hoses come from the trailer and one is attached to a pump that takes water from your swimming pool into the mobile filtration trailer.

I never post poor reviews but I am compelled to do so now. A few years ago I gave a 5 Star Review for Ambiance. That is no longer deserved. Ambiance simply does not trust its customers. When I called this week and requested service for a possible pool leak I was told no service technician would come out unless I provided a credit card number for Ambiance "to keep on file". I explained that I was a repeat customer but this would be a one time service and not a regular scheduled service. As such there was no reason for Ambiance to have my credit card "on file". But Ambiance explained that their concern

Very thorough, professional and responsive. I have a great deal of confidence that our pool is being maintained to the highest standards. While certainly not inexpensive, the value is there. A pool is a significant investment and properly maintaining it is critically important.

\Ambiance has been great to work with. Michael, the owner came out to do the estimate for service and after we stated service, he cam out the first 2 weeks to make sure everything was performing correctly. `The tech assigned to us on a weekly basis is very friendly, professsional and thorough.

Ambiance was efficient and professional in upgrading the pool equipment at our new home purchased this past spring. They took care of new valves, heater, and connections for gas heating as well as installing an automation control system: the pricing was reasonable and the work was done very professionally and completed when stated! I would recommend Michael and the team at Ambiance and will call them again for future pool improvement needs.

We have been an Ambiance Customer for 15 years. We have had a lot of trouble with pump motors over the years, so we see Michael Baker fairly often. He has always been responsive, honest in his assessment of the situation, and prompt in fulfilment when a solution is found. His office staff are friendly, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Ambiance to others seeking the above mentioned qualities.

I have contacted and used Ambiance Pool Service couple of times for pump repair and automation systems installation during the last 5 years. They are very responsive and professional and willing to help. If they can't help you, they will refer you to someone else that you can trust. I never feel pressure from them for anything every time I called. The best thing about them is that they make me feel like a family or friend. Thanks Ambiance and keep up your good work!

Replaced my old fiber optic pool and spa lights with new LED lights. They also replaced my pool pump and housing. Great job! The guys here did a good job and communicated with me exactly what they were doing. Answered all my questions.
