John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t

I have been working with this company for the past five years and they are definitely my go to for plumbing and HVAC. Their pricing is competitive and they always do great work. From a new water heater to annual furnace inspections, we can always count on them.
Most recently we called for an emergency plumbing repair and they went out of their way to rearrange their schedule and get someone to me within the hour.

Great service from start to finish. Mark, the Service manager showed up on time, walked me through what he would be doing and approximate cost. Pricing was very competitive and didn't feel like I was being gauged at any time. They did have to do some additional work and moved around things to fit in the timeline I had to have the project completed by. Debbie in the office was great to work with and followed up with everything I needed right away. I would highly recommend Pro Serv to anyone
