We had a shower that would not turn off! Gushing water full blast and the faucet would not work. I had to call after hours and was quickly contacted by Ruben one of the plumbers. He was absolutely fantastic - i cannot say enough positive comments about this experience. He communicated with me very clearly about what he was going to do ; he showed up within the hour ; turned off the faucet ; went to the shop and got the parts he needed and came back to fix it for good. Desert Foothills Plumbing did an awesome job on a difficult problem of locating and replacing underground parts that were leaking and causing back up. They performed several jobs that were going to be an extra charge with another company, such as hauling away the concrete, having an extra man, and filling back in the concrete slab (which would have to be done by a separate company). Their bid was much more reasonable for a complete job. They identified some shotty work that was done with soft fixtures and replaced them with firm plastic and were able to explain all of the problems, including the

We had a very good experience with Desert Foothills Plumbing and their plumber Ruben. The call was received in a friendly and efficient manner. An appointment was offered within 2 days. Various signs had suggested to us we had a leak within a wall of a bathroom. We were expecting to need to have a fairly large section of drywall cut in a search for the leak. Ruben said he had experienced something like this before and the problem was not in the wall.

Listen up all Desert Foothill customers and future customers my sweet grandmother and I had a very pleasant technician at our house today, he was there to fix a hissing toilet sound and replace our old faucet with a new one! A Christian friend of mine that has a plumbing company that does new home plumbing referred me to Desert Hills Plumbing. Tony repaired our sink plumbing in a way that 2 other companies could not.
