Really expensive. Had them swap out a toilet. I provided the toilet which came with it's own donut, so no extra parts were needed. It was about a 20 minute, straight forward job and the charge was over $300.00. The technician did a good job and was very professional. So a five for their worker and a 1 for the pricing.

Little Brent was awesome while he was out getting supplies to do the job his helper got a few things out of the garage got into his work truck and left without saying anything our garage door was open. Little Brent came back with supplies and did not realize his helper had left but he completed the job with the help of another contractor that was here to give us a quote he was awesome and we appreciate what he did mostly by himself

The water pressure into my house was extremely high. Two drip system valves had burst alerting me to the problem. I called Hays late wednesday and they had their technician at my house 8AM thursday.
The job was handled by an extremely professional. He finished the job in 2hours. They restored my peace of mind.

From the moment I called to schedule them, Hay’s proved why they had so many 5 star reviews. Getting someone to repair an A/C in Phoenix is next to impossible and they showed up same day. The techs, Matt and Charlie, came out and diagnosed my issue within 30 minutes. They then drove 50 miles EACH WAY to get the part I needed to come back and install it. I’ve already given their information to 2 people I know. Really phenomenal work.

We were referred to Hays by Canyon State A/C. Charlie responded promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. We decided to replace the whole unit and Charlie got it up and running pending the replacement. Mike arrived a day later and analyzed the installation requirements. This was a rooftop (3rd floor) installation and required use of a crane. A few days later, the installation crew arrived promptly and quickly and efficiently completed the installation. The old unit and all debris was removed. The Hays team outperformed our expectations and were courteous and professional during the entire process

If you are in need of a company that operates with high integrity and customer support and care this company is just outstanding. I have used them for over a year for general maintenance and this year the installation of a new AC unit, all went exactly as planned and scheduled.
The office staff is so helpful and makes sure with each call that any needs are cheerfully met.

Hays replaced my HVAC system, water heater, and installed Flow Tech water management technology and new smart thermostats. They came out for my membership maintenance plan a few months later and fine tuned all the systems. Unfortunately, the original thermostats they installed would not connect to the internet, so their technician Kevin removed and replaced them with better quality thermostats, and they connected to the internet with no problem.
