I had previously given this company 5 stars. However, this was before I realized that the installer had no idea how to install a Delta iVoice faucet. I am now giving them 1 star, and that's being generous. Mainly because when I called to get someone out who knows the new faucet technology no one has shown up. We were originally scheduled for someone to come out on Monday, January 24th. We got a call and was asked if we could reschedule for Tuesday, January 25th. No one showed up at the appointment time. We then got a call to reschedule for first thing Wednesday morning, January 26th. AGAIN

In Arizona with very high Covid positivity, a technician should not show up without a mask. I felt I could not refuse a very high quote. Is that because I am a woman or because I am polite? Work was done well, but a charge of $770 for less than two hours work is ridiculous. Suggestion: let a man discuss a quote with this company. Or just don't be too polite!

We had a terrific experience with Custom Plumbing of Arizona. We started our Sunday morning with water leaking out from under the toilet during a shower. The company sent someone out same day which is not typically on weekends. Kory was very professional and explained everything he was doing clearly. They were not able to determine the exact cause of the leaking on Sunday but were extremely quick to set up an appointment with a camera to see clearly what was going on in less than 24 hours. At 1:30 this afternoon I called Custom Plumbing with an urgent request for help with 2 clogged sinks in the kitchen, hoping we could get help sometime today, but unfortunately the best they could do was tomorrow @ 8-10am.
At 4:30 they called to RESCHEDULE to Thursday, needless to say not acceptable and yet too late in the day to make other arrangements!
If your need is urgent you would be well served if you looked for another Company! A word to the wise.

Amazing service and quality work! I never thought my house would get flooded, but it finally happened; my water heater leaked all over my garage and saturated the drywall. I was afraid of calling a plumber that I didn't know so I talked to a few friends and more than one recommended Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Kory was on the job in less than an hour. Kory was professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly to clean up the mess. He had my new water heater installed and had my hot water running again in no time. Kory is amazing. Could not have asked for a better plumber and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. He called before arrival to confirm I'd be available, and when he arrived was very presentable, professional, and well spoken. Explained his plan in a way that was easy for me to understand and I felt comfortable knowing that he was not trying to charge more because I am a female, which other companies had done previous to his arrival. I just had the most amazing experience with Custom Plumbing. I had another plumbing company out that a neighbor used and they broke a pipe and took it and did not tell me. They refused to fix it so II called Custom Plumbing and they came out quick and fixed the pipe the other company broke. They stayed here until it was fixed the are hard workers very polite and made me feel like part of there family. Custom contacted us after a few various searches in Angie's list. They told us they would give us a free estimate for all the repairs needed. They were scheduled to come to our house at 10 AM. They called in the morning to ask if they could come earlier since they were close by. We appreciated the fact that they contacted us and agreed to have them come earlier. They told us they would be arrive around 8 AM. Staff called 30 minutes later when they arrived at our security gate for entrance.

$$$$$$ Very Expensive... I had a Sewer back up that we couldn't figure out. The house is too new to have such problems. In a panic I went to Home Advisor which gave me a selection of 2 Plumbers. I went with Custom. they arrived the next day for the $69 special. Great... but to my surprise they said it didn't fix the problem and they would send out another tech. So the Tech arrived and stated we needed to drain the septic, which would mean digging up the septic cap and inspect. The tech handed me a cost of $5,000. WHAT!!

I paid Custom Plumbing of Arizona $495.00 to replace a shower cartridge. I had to pay a new plumber (Classic Guys Plumbing) $239.00 to replace and install a new cartridge in the same shower because the cartridge Custom installed did not work and it leaked badly. Custom charged over twice as much money and I had to have their work redone because they used what looks like an old used cartridge in my shower.

We had a very unfortunate experience with Custom. Paid to have 2 new toilets installed and everything seemed to go pretty well at first. The plumber arrived on time and seemed like a nice guy. The price appeared to be reasonable as well. Fast forward about a year and we find water coming out of our ceiling (toilets installed on second floor). Had a different plumber come out (also from Custom) and he told us that the original plumber not only reused the old rusty bolts from the previous toilets, but that he also only used 1 wax ring when our floor height clearly required 2! He fixed the issue promptly

Let me preface by admitting I am a first time homeowner and some of the fault falls on me for not knowing what to do in the event your sewage pipe collapses.
My mistake was not waiting for my insurance adjuster and not getting a 2nd quote. Those mistakes cost me 9k out of pocket.
Where I think they are at fault is for overcharging me and intentionally rushing the repairs and making me pay upfront with a promise that they will work with my insurance to get me close to 90% reimbursed. But when it came time to work with my insurance to get the work covered they were very uncooperative with my

They arranged to have a plumber, Daniel Pyle, at my home before the end of the day to assess the issue and map out a plan for repair.
Daniel was prompt, professional and provided an exceptional assessment of the problem.

I was told to come in fill out application for a helper position apprenticeship to become plumber, thought that was awesome amazing skilled trade to learn great money! Well DO NOT believe their "Home of the$69 drain"
They came in$245 charge to take toilet off. One day later toilet was not fixed and they will not warranty their work. Wanted to charge another$245. When they use the snake they damage toilet, not their problem, they say. Not a good company at all. Beware.
