I did not end up using this company because I was able to get the existing company to come out to us the same day under warranty. They called me back and ended up squeezing us in. So decided to let them take care of it. We have no hot water in the middle of winter and needed someone right away. I called this company, he was so willing help same day and was very professional and nice. I don’t think I caught his name but thanks for being so helpful!!

Chris was absolutely great. He took my message right away through Yelp, quoted me fairly, came out to my house ON TIME and fixed my water pressure valve regulator at the agreed upon time/price. He's polite, knowledgable, personable and just an all-around good guy that you can trust to take care of your plumbing needs. I'd highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone.

I submitted a request to a group of plumbers through Yelp. Genie replied quickly with an estimate. I provided a photo of my plumbing issue and received an accurate quote. They made an extra effort to arrive two hours earlier than the scheduled appointment to my family's relief. The repairman was courteous and professional and resolved the problem in a timely manner. There were no surprises or hassles: just quick, professional, and quality service at a fair cost. I will use them again and highly recommend.

I have used them numerous times and everytime they have been fantastic. Just recently needed a leak outside fixed and they were over fast, at night, and replaced without me even being there! Another time when we bought our house about 4 years ago we came back from vacation and there was a leak upstairs. It ended up being the stop valves under the sink so they replaced the plastic ones for the metal ones and were in and out fast! Very reliable and extremely cost effective! I will never look outside them for another plumber in my life!
