A- No. Our pricing reflects "BEST EFFORTS" with no allowance for damages. If you need your items insured we suggest you contact a national company. There higher prices generally allow for some damage reimbursement. Usually its 6 cents per pound you may need to provide original receipts for item/s and pay additional upfront fees.
A- Yes, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure all items that you want moved are loaded on the truck as well as directing us which items you would like us to shrink wrap or blanket for protection. Upon unloading the truck, we will place items wherever you like but someone must direct us where you want your items placed.
Q- What about my flat screen TV? A- Flat screen TV's should be boxed and ready for loading. We do not insure damage to flat screen TVs. A- The movers will not pack or load hazardous materials; including paint, household chemicals, medications, food, important papers, jewelry, cash, guns, gas, propane.

We have used Williamsburg Movers twice to move our daughter into and out of W&M housing. The whole process on both occasions was seamless. The crew was most helpful loading in her belongings at her storage unit and took great care with everything! We will definitely use them again in August. Rick is fabulous to work with! Definitely recommend.

Rick, Jason and the moving team that helped me reposition my furniture after my home was remodeled, arrived on time, were professional and careful with my furnishings, walls, stairwells, etc. They had great, positive attitude for an unusual job that required them to be "interior designers" as well as movers. I hired them for three hours and definitely got my money's worth. They were a hardworking team!
