They also completed color corrections on our interior Adobe that had been damaged by water, roofing tar and fire. We would describe them as artisans and highly recommend them to assist you with color corrections, sealing red brick and other maintenance items. They are busy but are worth the wait.

So glad I called Adobe King and talked with Adam about my leaking patio roof. Very quick response to look at the problem. I have a stucco house with parapet walls. After 2 years of trying to figure out why there was leaking after a hard rain coming from the upper ceiling boards of our covered patio (against parapet wall w/ scuppers), I concluded it had to either be drainage through the parapet stucco, or that the roof against the wall was not sealed – where there was no elastomeric up to the edge of the flashing. As calling the Adobe King inquiring a repair on my adobe, I talked Adan Acedo and they helped me within the same week. Giving a free estimate and getting on the job in the next 2 days. The workers came in a professional fashion ready to work not hesitant to ask questions and got the job done on wall. Left the area cleaner then they started. Adam and his guys came out and repaired a burnt adobe brick column that had cracked almost in half and was attached to our pool gate. Our German Shorthair Pointer had busted loose thru the gate chasing after a javelina herd. Plus, with kids in the neighborhood, our pool safety and liability was compromised. Other companies I called were back logged, as was Adobe King, like months out! But Adam, after hearing the despair in my voice, said he’d try and get him and his crew out due to the situation. I can't believe how pretty our home looks now with the seal! John the owner has been so helpful, answering all our question during his quote visit and setting up a payment plan for us. His workers, Joab and Raul, did an incredible job, they were meticulous in their work, you can't tell the fixed broken bricks from the rest. Adobe King did an excellent job repairing and sealing my adobe home. The repair work was very high quality and they did a great job matching the adobe and mortar colors exactly so that all of the repairs look like the original surrounding. they also fixed a large crack and you'd never know it was there. The employees were very professional and nice. they went above and beyond and even cleaned my gutters while repairing the chimney on the roof. I would highly recommend them!

We have a 4 year old Pepper Viner house whose stucco was done by Copperstate Plastering. There were large cracks and missing stucco on the parapets. Pepper Viner and Copperstate said it was maintenance issue. John at Adobe and the other three companies we got quotes from all said this shouldn't happen in 4 years. John gave us the best quote and his work is guaranteed for 10 years where everyone else was one year. What a pleasure to meet a conscientious and honest contractor for a change. I called on Adobe King for an estimate to repair our 40 yr. old slump block home. You Definitely cannot go wrong by calling Adobe king, owner John. John was very very nice on the phone and was able to come out real quick to inspect my roof which I did have a small leak. When he came out he immediately got to work came down off the roof and told me my repair would be seconds away very very simple then showed me pictures of my roof in need of recoating. He then gave me an estimate on what the coating would cost. Not a bad price considering the warranty and the years it would last. John was very informative, patient, and so nice. I set up an appointment to have it done.

John the owner came by a few days after I had spoken to him by phone to check out what we thought was a leak in the parapet at the front of our stucco. After he assessed the issue he said it was not a leak but just moisture that was seeping into the garage from the bricks and told us what we could do to resolve the issue. He seemed very honest, professional, and we could tell he was very knowledgeable in his craft. He gave us a good referral and we would be pleased to contact him again if we every had the need.

I recently purchased an old adobe with no evidence of prior coating or repairs with significant cracking. John and his team got it repaired, coated, and looking like new- these guys are talented, timely, and professional. They left my home clean too. We contacted John Schimon, owner of Adobe King, soon after moving into our 1963 burnt adobe home in midtown Tucson. The presale house inspection revealed water damage/deterioration to some of the lower adobe bricks, needing attention.
John came over and gave the home a pretty thorough going over, including the roof, with me in tow. He has vast experience in adobe repair and restoration and concluded overall the house was in pretty good shape. Over time, the adobe had been well cared for.

Contacted Adobe King for a quote for stucco repair. John the owner answered and scheduled an appointment days later. I had been waiting for a follow up quote from another contractor for the final work after they looked at the wall when John came out. He was able to give me the quote and complete the job same day. Prompt, polite and the work came with a warranty. Highly recommend.
