Wow. I have rarely encountered someone as rude as Richard. He was completely dismissive, and refused to measure for anything saying we had to complete the entire project before he could come back (which is not what the company owner told me). He acted like he'd never even heard of the concept of a walk-in shower, and was so unbelievably rude that I will definitely not use this company. No idea why the business owner lets this guy talk to potential customers.

I had an appointment scheduled today between the hours of 11 and 12 PM. Around 1230 I started to were going to show up as it was already 30 minutes behind schedule. We contacted the company to check in on the service mans whereabouts. Was told he was running late and would be there at 1:00 pm. I decided not to wait as I had other things to do. I just don't get it, if the repair man was running late wouldn't you think that a call would have been made to inform us. Apparently my time isn't as valuable as Decor shower shower doors is!

Rich came over to put a Sweep on the bottom of my shower door and adjusted the door. When he was done, the door was squeaking. I said to him, the door was squeaking. In a very loud and in your face response he said "Are you saying I did that! He was also a bit snappy with his helper. He came back a 2nd time to put new gaskets on the door hinges. When he left I noticed the shower door wouldn't shut completely and there was now a 3/4 " gap between the door and the stationary glass such that water would easily spell out onto the hardwood floors. He didn't say anything to me about

Decor just finished our glass shower enclosure. From preliminary sales estimate to measurements to installation they were very professional. Very precise work on installation. There was a problem with one hinge not closing the door completely and they fixed it the next day. Good people to work with.

We ordered shower doors through Decor Shower and Glass and they were great to work with - including for installation. When they came out to measure for the shower, I had them them also measure my nightstands and ordered glass to put on top of them to protect the wood. I would work with them again. Judy was great to work with, the guys who did the install were highly professional. Our timeline kept changing and our door design had some tricky parts to it. They all rolled with it and made it work.

I just had a fantastic experience with Decor. I needed sidelights replaced for my front door. Wonderful working with Judy. She knew the time constraints we were working with since our house was going on the market and she slid us into a cancellation. Work was fabulous. And price was very reasonable for the job.

Decor was recommended us by two different families in our neighborhood. We are very glad we used them. Even though we had to make decisions during tricky times - right before and after the fires, dealing with the company was fluid and easy. The lovely lady who runs the office allowed us to leave an important design decision to the very last minute without acting like it was a big deal. She answered all our zillion questions patiently throughout our experience. Our shower looks AMAZING. We could not be more happy with this company and would use them again.

We had Decor fit a new shower door for us after an alteration. They did a great job. After they came out to measure it, it was ordered and fitted the next week. The job was very well done and looks great. These guys are very busy so we did have to wait a little but if they are busy it seems to be a good sign that they are good. They were certainly worth the wait.

I am not sure how this company is still in Business. I felt like I had to practically beg them to come out and measure a couple windows I needed replaced. After a couple no shows they finally showed up. The guy that came was not very friendly or personable. As I was talking to him about my window needs I started wondering if he had any idea what he was doing. He completed the measure and told me I would have an estimate in a couple days. Its been 2 months and still nothing. Maybe its a blessing because they obliviously have no Idea how to run a business, which probably reflects on their quality

I recently moved to NAPA from Silicon Valley. Somehow I felt very difficult to get hold of local businesses to do the house remodeling. I have to bring my contractors from south bay. But Decor did timely work and they are extremely comfortable to work with.
Decor did a very difficult shower door for me. My contractor made the steam room in a difficult neo-angles so the shower door installation is beyond the custom challenge. Decor (I think it was Richard) spent hours measuring and designing the angles of the three panels.

If you need a new window or shower door, this is the place to go. Odd that nobody has reviewed Decor before. I needed a shower door and first priced Home Depot doors with the idea of doing it myself. I got a better door and a great price on installation from Decor. Their prices are very reasonable and service is great. I also had them replace a double pane window in my house and the price was the best I have found so far in Napa. This local business deserves all the praise it can get!!!
