Sonoma Overhead Doors

This company installed my garage door and opener originally in 2004, They have helped me to service the door and recently installed a new opener. Prompt, courteous, and they do their job with a minimum of disruption to your lifestyle. I would recommend this company to anyone.

In replacing our gate batteries they noted the transmitter needed replacement. At my request they replaced it the next day. When the second technician was there he noted the belts also needed replacement. When I said go ahead but it should have been noted by the first tech, they agreed and replaced the belts the following day without any labor charge.

They responded quickly. The tech arrived on time and had a stocked truck, able to fix the door right then.

Great company with great people from the first call to the final handover of the remotes- also when there was an issue Sonoma OVerhead Doors went above and beyond to fix it. Well handled.

AFTER SIX MONTHs a door from Sonoma Overhead Doors arrived and was WRONG!!!! It was supposed to be a custom door that looked like a Carriage house door with strap hinges and hardware on what would be two sets of paneled doors.
It was supposed to take two months. Six and a half months later it arrived and Was not correct. It is 8 ft 1 in height. Sonoma Overhead door said that I should trench into the new concrete slab so the door can close properly. I’ve never heard of this. Are they amateurs???
When the installers went to put on the strap hinges , they said there was not enough room to put

Very good service. The technician was dispatched early the next day after I called. He showed up on time and diagnosed and explained the problem very quickly. He had my garage door motor replaced and working within an hour and a half. He was very courteous and efficient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because it seemed expensive but I did not price compare because it was more important to me to have the door fixed. I would definitely recommend Sonoma Overhead Doors.

A spring broke on our garage door at night when my wife came home. We called Sonoma Overhead first thing in the morning and they came out that afternoon and replaced the springs and some badly worn cables. Benjamin and Jorge were professional, courteous and fast. No hesitation at all to use them again and I would recommend them to others!

Under New ownership! Back to great old service! Taking all warranty work from previous owners! Was a rough past few years being that Dave had battled cancer , We are back 100% and honoring all previous work! Same day service with all previous staff!
