Replacing your hot water heater can be an expensive option. Sometimes it's more economical to repair a hot water heater which is in otherwise reasonable condition. We can also offer hot water solutions for larger homes and in situations where a standard hot water heater isn't practical. In some cases, it's a better value to repair a water heater instead of bearing the expense of replacing one.
Faucet leaks can start out as a tiny drip, which, through time can corrode pipes and cabinetry. Because they are in the dark recesses of the kitchen or bathroom cabinet, they can do unnoticed until the homeowner notices odor or extensive damage. I'm allowing two stars for the quick response and good communication from the scheduler. But, I feel I was ripped-off. I had a water leak under my park model home. It was only a few feet from the crawl space entry. The guy they sent took a look and said it was a bad elbow on a pipe that was capped off. He said he could cut it to remove the elbow joint and re-cap it. Then he said it would cost $265!

When we called Jimmy Joe's Plumbing they told us they would come the next day as it was not an urgent repair. Terry from Jimmy Joe's Plumbing arrived on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. Replaced water heater with a new one and replaced cold water flex line and reconnected t&p drain pipe in an efficient manner. First time using this company and will definitely use for future needs. We would recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.

Tony was very prompt and finished the designated work quickly and with quality work. We then identified a second deficiency, and this also was repaired promptly in a quality manner. Tony took the time to give us good advice which help us understand various water treatment systems that we could consider installing in the future.

We had a slab leak. Tony came out, looked things over, and gave us a fair estimate for the repair. There were hidden complications and the repair turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Jimmy Joe came over with a 2nd truck and together they worked out a solution. At the end of a very long and difficult job, our leak was fixed and Tony refused to leave until he had cleaned up every last speck of dirt. We're so glad we chose Jimmy Joe's. It's like the motto on his trucks says: "The best place to take your leak."

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing. Tony came out initially to give us a quote on two projects. He was on time and explained options and the process. The estimate was half the price of another estimate I received from a different company and was very reasonable. I had to wait 6 weeks for a faucet to come in, but when it did Tony came out within two days to complete both services. Every interaction with Tony was pleasant. He was on time, respectful and up front. We needed an extension piece to install the faucet which I picked up after he left and he came back
