I have left multiple messages and not heard back from the foreman after they damaged my fence when taking down a neighbors tree. At the time he said he would take care of it, but been completely radio silent ever since.
Would strongly not recommend since they have been unresponsive and evading my phone calls.

Had a number of trees removed in a tight yard (deck, houses, fences, etc)
For starters Mike is knowledgeable of trees and his recommendations were very helpful.
For the actual job Mike and his team were professional, on time, and did a great job. They handled some tricky areas (very big trees close to the house and deck) deftly.
Before they left they tool care of all the stumps and made sure to get the yard looking proper again.
Highly recommended.

Recently had a number of trees taken down by SA Arbor Care Tree Service. One of the larger ones was very close to our garage -the precision with which Luis fell the tree was very impressive. The crew went above and beyond to make sure our yard was left in good order. In addition to their professionalism, they provided free estimates and very competitive rates. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Highly recommend. We had a tree fall during hurricane. He called back in 15 mins. Employee came out quickly and took down the rest of that tree leaning toward the house. Did a great job cleanup, conscientious of my pipes with all the heavy rains and didnt drive over pipes with the big trucks. Couldn't ask for more, professional, dependable, happy with price. Even with full schedule, sent someone to take care of the immediate problem.
As promised, brought the crew back when schedule cleared (less than 10 days) and took down more large trees that were leaning and between houses. I am very impressed
