I have nothing but good things to say about Norberth. He showed up on time to give me an estimate and for the installation a few days later. I was having a mini-split AC installed in my garage. He worked non-stop for 7 hours on a Saturday, and the end result was fantastic and beyond my expectations for the project. Superb quality and extremely professional. Highly recommended.

This company is great and very professional! We had a very old AC unit that broke down and we knew it was time to make an upgrade. We found Cooling mode and since the moment we called to ask for an estimate the attention was excellent. Norbert gave us all the options the very same day and at really fair prices, also the next day he came to install a temporary ac unit so we could be more confortable until the installation day. During the installation everything went super smooth and attentive now we’ve a fantastic new AC and couldn’t be happier!

Norbuth was very responsive and honest. He arrived on time and came the same day we called. He explained our options and did not try to push us in one direction. He was thorough and knowledgeable. We were very happy with him overall and would highly recommend him. He was very accommodating with our schedule and concerns about Covid. He was clean and took precautions to cover his shoes and floor before entering our house to install our new AC. His price was competitive and our new AC works great!
