Really great job by Rob and his team. They were friendly and efficient. He charged by the hour and they did not "milk" the clock or any of that stuff you hear about.
They also kept communicating with me with what they were doing and wanted to make sure I was happy.
They had blanked and everything to protect our items and furniture.
Bonus points for moving a couch in my old house to the garage for the dumpster.

Absolutely perfect... Quick and professional responses to email/phone calls; showed up exactly on time and ready to work; and completed the job in the time quoted. They took great care in wrapping furniture, loading and unloading. Not a scratch on anything. I would not hesitate to hire Top Tier again for a future move.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Top Tier Moving. Rob and his crew are trustworthy professionals who completed a top notch job moving our two bedroom apartment to our new home. Price was reasonable, actually a little cheaper, than other companies who did not even have their own moving trucks. Top Tier has their own truck, they don't rent a Uhaul, and they come equipped to tape, pack, and get all of your belongings to their destination as seamlessly as possible. They went above and beyond to put our stuff where we needed it to go as well as try every option possible

Both my wife and I have moved almost 7 times in our married life. We have found no one that compares to Top Tier Moving. We were extremely impressed with the overall service provided as they were all prompt, quick, and extremely professional. There were four gentlemen who worked extremely hard, for us, to make this move as pleasant as possible. Each of them treated our stuff as if it were their own which is a quality that is truly hard to find in movers. Rob was a packing master; able to utilize every bit of space in his truck. Rob & Vinny did an amazing job moving donated furniture to my Center!! They wrapped the pieces individually and handle them with the utmost of care!! I was really worried because this was a friends house and I didn't want any damage to be done to it in the process. They went over and beyond!! I am very grateful for the easy transition!! I would highly recommend them.

These guys are just great. Shout out to Rob & Vinnie! They moved me on the most humid day so far this year from Naugatuck to Waterbury. Even though it was downright disgusting out, they never stopped going! Professional and personable! Although I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, if I did have to, I would absolutely call them again. 5 stars across the board! Thank you again!

These guys are great and Rob is amazing. We moved from a large home and downsized, so we had lots of stuff and very small place to put them. These guys packed everything with clean moving blankets that you could actually sleep under. I'm not kidding. You could tell how meticulous Rob is by the way he had them perfectly folded. They wrapped our beautiful Stickley furniture in blankets then cardboard then plastic wrap. You could drop it down a flight of stairs without a scratch. They even helped us put everything in place when they moved in. They managed to get a huge mattress with a pillow

Professional, timely, and hard working. If you need someone to help you move, you cannot go wrong with Top Tier. Helped me with two moves around the house, and I could not be happier.
