Bought my house in November and before we purchased the secondary drain pan needed to be replaced. Seller had this company install it. After recent storm the primary drain line was clogged and therefore was using the drain pan. It started to leak because it was not installed properly according to my AC company. Had to resecure the drain pan and reseal the PVC fitting that was attached to it. Called the company and they said there was only a 30 day warranty on their labor... Shotty workmanship and a 30 day warranty is a joke since this may have been the 1st time the drain pan was used. Had to climb

Found a good deal on Groupon! Called and scheduled an HVAC inspection and tuneup. Could not be happier with the customer service and the technician who performed the service. Very thorough and professional. Found a problem that was addressed. Came back a few days later to remedy the problem at a very reasonable price. My home warranty company dispatched Superstition Cooling after my air conditioning failed. Katie called shortly after I requested service. She was kind and empathetic and was able to schedule an early morning appointment. The owner, Kraig came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did a great job explaining how these systems worked and fully answered all of my questions. He was able to quickly secure the part that home warranty would replace, however after some conversation we both agreed that a new system was the better long term solution. Used the Old Republic warranty company to fix our AC and they called Superstition Cooling. They couldn't make it on Friday so I had to wait until Monday and in the meantime it was very hot out so I ask another AC guy to take a look. He pulled apart the wires and tested the compressor and said it was bad. I decided to wait for Superstition to see if the warranty company would pay for the repairs. When Shawn from Superstition arrived and he said that he could tell that this unit had never been hooked up before. This was completely FALSE as it was hooked up and running 4 days before. I

I had issues with my AC unit. I went through my home warranty company. After the first company wasn't available to come to my home for two weeks my warrant company rescheduled with Superstition Cooling. I still had to wait 2 days but they did arrive. I explained the situation with Kraig ( the owner). He was very negative and schooled me on how AC units work. Then told me that most likely the warranty company would not approve the repairs since the damage was not due to normal wear and tear. I asked him to submit the request anyway. PLEASE save yourself from the headache of this company they came out on a home warranty service call to just make sure my units are ready for summer they were here at my house for 15 min and left which seemed odd I had another company give me a second opinion on the units turned out the service guy Sean overcharged my unit causing it to stop running I called to let the company know they messed up my unit the girl Katie who answers the phone was no help and very rude I got a call from the owner and all he would give me were excuses on why the unit was messed up And that it's the home warranty

We called Superstition Cooling to fix a problem on our customers AC unit. We asked 2 other companies to fix this problem and they couldn't fix it. Craig from Superstition Cooling went out the next day after I called them he was on time very courteous and fix the problem while he was there. Superstition is our go to AC guys from now on. To update my review; the morning of 07/22/19 I received an email from my home warranty company informing me the AC repair has been transferred to a different contractor for repair. I contacted Old Republic Home warranty to find out why, as my follow up appointment with Superstition Cooling was scheduled for later today. I was informed by the warranty company, Superstition Cooling requested my repair order be transferred to another provider. They are not required to provide a reason for the transfer, so it is unknown.

My guess is Superstition Cooling may have have seen my review both on here and

Kraig, the owner, is the type of person you'd want to have as a neighbor, best friend or relative.
I have owned and operated a number of businesses and always went the entire mile for my customers. It was something my Dad taught me when I was in my teens and working for him. Kraig is the same way, which is something that many businesses do not do anymore.

The absolute worst company to hire to fix anything. My heater was broken for over a week. They had to order a special part to fix it - and I get it - shipping takes some time. The man who ordered it (Jeremy I think) was one of the rudest associates I've ever met working for any kind of business. He also didn't seem very competent, because he ordered the wrong part. So my home warranty company and I had to find a new company to get the job done right.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful though, but she isn't enough to make up for the rest of this mess.

A/C went out {NOT good in Arizona LoL}
My home warranty send me Superstition Cooling. Katie called me less than a half hour after and had Jeremy out to my house early am.
Katie even gave me some pointers over the phone before Jeremy came out.
Jeremy fixed my problem and I`m "cool" again! Asked if I had any questions and ran things over with me.
If I could give Superstition, Katie and Jeremy 10 stars I would, and will only request and use Superstition Cooling in the future!
HIGHLY recommend anyone to request Superstition from their home warranty company for any of the A/C needs.

Do NOT recommend. Specifically took 2 hours to fix and did not diagnose the problem correctly, overcharged as well. Had my neighbor come over and look at the system and unclog the hose in 10 minutes. Beware.

Superstitution came out to "repair" my AC through my home warranty. 3 days later the same issues arose. Called Superstitution and they stayed no one could come out until Monday. The owner just called me and asked me why I threatened his dispatcher with a bad review on Yelp. I told him that our issue wasn't fixed and they didn't find it necesssry to come out and take a look at something they said was corrected. He then told me that they only fix what the home warranties tell them to fix. Long story short, very unprofessional. I paid $65 for them to recharge Freon because my home

My experience with Superstition Cooling from start to finish was stellar. The customer service representative was very nice and professional. She answered all of my questions in regards to the scheduling and expectations. She even gave me a courtesy call to let me know that the technician was on his way to our property for service.

AC in Phoenix, well you can't really live without it. There are times when you just hope and pray for an honest person to work with. The folks over at Superstition Cooling are tops in my book. Honest, reliable, and downright great people. We had the most amazing experience working with them, and actually look forward to the next time we see them, WOW, never thought I would say that about an HVAC company. So we just had our AC "repaired" and its still doing the same thing it was before. Blowing warm air then blowing cold, then blowing warm again. The tech guy that we had was very unfriendly. He did not even make or TRY to make conversation or even explain to us what is wrong with our ac or why it was doing what it was doing. I think if you are going to fix something for someone atleast explain what the issue is so your customer understands what is going on! From the reviews so far, it looks like its just that one tech guy that is not quite loving his job and is giving a nasty experience

Tremendously better than the last Heating and Cooling company that got dispatched. Took them three weeks to fix an AC that needed replacing in the dead of summer.

I submitted the service request late and was called that evening for an appointment; they were out the very next day.

Kraig was very polite and was able to resolve the issue (primary air handler condensate line was extremely clogged).

I'd recommend them in a heartbeat; and will plan on using them for my seasonal check-ups.
