Took my built-in mini-fridge to Azle Appliance for repair. I dropped the unit off and was contacted a couple of days later saying they could repair, despite this unit being an off brand and relatively old. The next day, I was called and the refrigerator was repaired and ready to pick up. Excellent service, professional team they stand behind their work. Will use again should I need appliance repair.

The heating element on my Kenmore dryer went out. It seemed to me when I making the appointment that the service call fee to show up was expensive. I can see why. Having watched taking the entire dryer apart to get to the part that needed replaced was laborious and time-consuming. If they diagnose a problem and it is more than you expected, they need to be paid for their time spent to find what's wrong with it. People don't work for free. I am glad that I called them. Azle Appliance Repair was recommended on my Nextdoor app. I called and spoke with Chris the owner, who is extremely helpful and friendly,and he set up an appointment with Josh, my Service Technician. Josh did a fabulous job fixing my built-in refrigerator and even though it's 16 years old it functions like a champion.

My washing machine was not draining. Azle Appliance service man was able to come out the next day. He diagnosed it quickly and had the new pump we needed right on the truck. Our 11 year old machine should be running great for many years to come. The price was fair and the work done right. Came with a thirty day warranty on the work. I will be using them in the future for all my appliance repairs.

Called Azle appliance to check on her Samsung dryer that we had had for a year. We paid $700 for the pair of Samsung washer and dryer. We were told it would cost $60 for the diagnostic and was told it was the heating element. They informed me it was going to be $349.22 plus tax. I want to head and told him to do it because we have not had our dryer in a while. They were here for approximately 45 minutes. After I left I did a little bit of research and the part that they replaced which is the heating element literally cost less than $20. I would not recommend these people to anybody. I understand
