I had a very pleasant experience with Mr James, i had a last minute home inspection where i needed an expert to go through the water heaters pipes and although it was a same day need, James went out of his way of coming at the end of his work day, he was very detail oriented and very patient explaining what was wrong and how things were supposed to work since i had no idea, also made great suggestions based on his experience and what he would do if it was his own home. We moved into a new house and we had a lot of pluming projects. James worked on my house to re-pipe the whole house (water) with PEX, change the gas lines (I had 2 leaks), perform pressure test, change a bathroom to laundry room (add gas, venting, demo the bathtub), add a water softener system, replace tank heater with tank-less heater and re-locate to attic, relocate a toilet and many other smaller projects (like move the fridge water hookups).
We are very picky with the contractors. Before hiring James, we had seven other contractors coming to check the jobs. Some

I just moved to the area and KJP was recommended by my old plumber who I absolutely love. I will definitely be putting this name in my contacts for any future needs! He made time to come out quickly because we had an emergency situation. Didn’t try to sell me on anything. Educated me on how to do some maintenance and helped me avoid spending money by telling me about costs up front so I could make an educated decision on a job (adding a gas dryer line or buy a new dryer). James has been to my house twice: once for a burst pipe and another time to replace our fireplace gas valve. Both times he did excellent work and was very courteous and helpful. He doesn't try to upsell you stuff. He is very straightforward and upfront. No BS! We will keep calling him for all of our plumbing needs.
