Moses was so kind, looked at the problem and knew just what to do, very well spoken and manerly, came clean cut, told him his mother should b proud. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber! I'd like to see him again, not that I want any more problems? Hes just an all around pleasant person! Reminds me of one of my grand boys. Ask for Moses, hes even got the name of a good man!!!

Moises did an excellent job. He was very thorough in assessing the problem with my drain he looked at alternatives and explained each alternative to me clearly he was able to choose the least expensive way for me to proceed and was clear about how I should maintain my drainage system. He was very direct, clear in his explanations, knowledgeable, and highly respectful. He made sure that I understood the pricing for each project and offered me a variety of alternatives. I would have him do work in my home again and again and again.

The company was quick to set up a free service call for a free quote on installing a new thermostat for my heater. The quote was reasonable so I accepted on had Nery do the work. He problem solved on an issue with my wall and successfully got the thermostat installed securely. I do recommend this company and ask for Nery!

In a driving rain, two gentlemen showed up on time. Fairly quickly they analyzed the pilot problem and using parts carried on the truck,, made repairs as needed! And made sure things were dry and ready! The main burner lit up and I had hot water within a couple of hours!

62 year old galvanized pipe, valve replacement.
Water Heater replacement.
The technician was prompt, honest and offered several options based on cost and not once was there any pressure for a hard-sell. Luis Castillo did his best to meet my requests and had a plan “B” & “C” just in case. I was made fully aware of all the efforts taken and I appreciated the information up front. His work and attitude were always professional and courteous. The technician did not consider the job complete until I was shown all that was done and a thural clean-up was performed.

I was very Pleased from my first call to James to my last contact was extremely Professional.
Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. The price was very fair and the job was done correctly the first time.
Moises isolated the trouble and Alex came out to run a camera and show me the problem also in a way that I could understand.

Water heater went out on weekend and was able to get someone out same day with Drain Right. Anthony was great and made a bunch of attempts to fix old water heater but couldn’t get it to work. I decided to replace the whole water heater and he had it swapped out and running with new one in a couple of hours. So great to be able to quickly fix not having any hot water and gave me discount on price to help also. I would definitely use again.
