Ductless cooling and heating systems are reversible, two-way heat pumps that simply take heat energy from one place and move it to another by compressing and expanding refrigerant. Outdoor unit: connects to the indoor unit by a small bundle of cables, including a refrigerant line. The unit is placed outside of the home on ground level.

Recently called here to have my furnace serviced. They were prompt to answer the phone and had a technician out when it was convenient for me. Technician, Joe, was very polite and knowledgeable. He found the problem very quickly and had the part available. He even informed me it was covered under warranty from the previous homeowner!!!! Awesome customer service and will be using for all of my heating and cooling needs moving forward. Highly recommended.

Great service, fair pricing, on time. HERO replaced both my AC and furnace this year and they work flawlessly. The systems they replaced were nearly 28 years old which is a testament to their service and maintenance skills considering the average furnace lasts 16-20 years . HERO is highly recommended!

We were refferd to this company Glenn got angry when I started asking questions after Glenn put a capacitor and the fun will stop, he got pretty angry and said I was not going to tell him how to do his job after 33 years of experience yelling, today the original company who intalled the ac on our house came in itbhad the wrong capacitor, my husband tried to work with him even offered the capacitor back as we dont have any use for it but they don't want to work with us in returning our money for a job that didn't fix our AC. Very bad business, the WORSE.

Have nothing but praise for this company they have helped me on several service calls all ways prompt and got right to the problem also went out of there way to help with a bad contractor install and a warranty issue saved the day again if you have a heating or air conditioner prob I highly recommend this company

The weekend before the "Polar Vortex" we lost our furnace which caused a burst pipe. Having met Cassie through the Delalb Chamber turned out to be as Godsend. Because we were displaced, H.E.R.O. moved us up in the list and got us a top of the line until (the last a local supplier had) and installed it quickly so the cleanup crew could get us back in. They even recommended a plumber, Steve Clark, who has given us similar service. We are now waiting on the thaw to get the air conditioner portion installed which is sitting in their facility.
