As you will notice on any of the negative reviews the customer is always to blame. The office person is never wrong. I doubt if Ron Sr is aware of this attitude and I know he would disapprove. Make sure to ask what their markup is on parts before they install anything for you, from my experience with them it has been 100% and up. You can easily check for part prices on Amazon to compare.

We had the capacitor in our AC unit fail last night, at the start of a long holiday weekend. Called every HVAC place in our area and only Ron's Heating & AC would sell me just the part. Their price was 1/4 the price another company told me for the same part. Ron's talked with me about what my unit was doing to confirm my diagnosis. Friendly staff, and helpful attitudes. So glad to see a company like this. We will call upon them again for any needs we have!

Ron is the man. He's been taking care of our family for over 30 years. These guys will not leave you in the dark on anything. If you don't understand something all you gotta do is ask. This is thier business, trust them they're always professional. They'll always make time for you and treat you like family. Mr. Corn & his team deliver quality.
