My wife and I are extremely happy with the fence John and John Kistler built for us last summer. In fact, we miss them being around. Their quality is top-notch and they do the job RIGHT! They were working in the middle of the Texas summer and we were worried they would collapse from the heat, but they persevered. I HIGHLY recommend this company for the quality of their work!

Contacted this company to get a quote for some fencing that I needed done. The quote was furnished to me in a timely manner and was detailed, but was a little out of my budget. When I came back with a quote request for using cheaper fencing materials to accomplish the job, all communication ceased. I realize that there is plenty of work for these services around the Austin area, but good customer service involves communicating with would-be customers and being able to work with them to meet their needs within their budget or suggesting alternatives.

We called Kistler Fence to Repair a gate in our metal fence. We were happy that he even came to give us a quote - as the previous 2 vendors never got back with me from my initial call. Therefore I am giving 2 stars for effort.
My husband greeted him and showed him the problem. He insisted that the fence be taken down in order to repair the gate that was not closing. My husband asked about just adjusting the gate, since the rest of the fence is in good condition. Kistler then got upset and said that he didn’t want to the work unless it was “done right”. We never got a bid from him so I can’t
