After working in the industry for 10 years Jeromey Naugle opened Premier Paradise, Inc. In 2009. He started the design/build firm with the ideology that every client deserves a custom tailored design that fits them and their lifestyle. After working for one of the biggest builders in Arizona he came to realize that the industry sees their clients as dollar signs not people.
Watershaping is having the ability to create art with water. You cannot get a true Watershape at your local pool "sales" store. Those places are full of salesman who specialize in "closing the deal". Their abilities and designs are rudimentary at best. A true watershape designer will make your pool, spa or water feature blend effortlessly with you and your surrounding outdoor living space.

Every concept for every client is completely unique and has never been designed before. We will not build the same WaterShape twice as no two clients are alike.

In February of 2018, my wife and I decided to use Jeromey and his company based on video 3D model and his word which he shared would be exact to what we saw. We met multiple times before the project. After the project was completed, we’ve had nothing but problems every few months with the quality and rush job they did. We spend $30k+ on hardscapes and plants. On the blueprints, we were supposed to get a 10ft bbq area and we only have about 7ft. He offered to scrap the area and rebuild but it was already completed. Who wants to go through that after completion and weeks of construction. Everything

3 years ago Premier Paradise finished my outdoor oasis which included, pool, oversized spa, outdoor kitchen, bocce ball court, fire feature and complete landscaping. Not only was the design spot on, install went extremely efficiently, but their after installation service has been outstanding. Whenever there has been any type of issue, Jeromey and his entire team have been extremely responsive. In a world of mediocrity, Premier Paradise has shown to be an outstanding representation of how a business should operate.

We were referred by a fellow ER physician to Jeromey Naugle premier paradise. I contacted him and he was great to get back to me. He came to our home and was punctual and very professional. He took measurements and spent a good amount of time hearing what we wanted for our backyard. We told him at that time we were having a hard time dealing with flakey pool companies and he said “I would never do that to you”. He said he only takes on so many projects a year to focus on customer satisfaction. We did mention during that visit that we may not start our pool project until late this year but still

1 year ago they (Premier paradise) finished my pool. Between the pool, waterfall & surrounding tile, my wife & I spent over 170,000.00 dollars. Was originally promised to take 6-8 weeks. It took 7 months. I am not complaining about that in this form. After not even 1 year the waterfall only works once in a while (usually in-op when we have guests, unfortunately) & is major discolored. In some areas rather than brown, it is gray. I reached out to Jeromy & Josh. who did inspect & agreed isn't right. Said would contact to sub-contractor & get resolved. Today, I received an email from their Director

The pool came out ok, but Jeromey cut corners on every aspect that he could to save money. If you're considering a new build, they have some unique design ideas, and use some decent materials, but they did cut corners on everything around the pool. Do not have them do your landscaping with the pool. That's where he cut the most, along with changes to the pergola (which was not at all what was promised). It is a business, and some of the people that work for Jeromey are good and responsive, but Jeromey is not involved once he makes the sale, and he considers himself done with the job.

I couldn’t be happier with my backyard. Two years later it’s still in amazing shape. I chose Premier Paradise because of seeing other projects they have done as well as the vision of building a backyard that isn’t cookie cutter design like so many other builders do. I came in with a hand drawn design and Jeromey created a modern masterpiece. He was honest, great communication, respectful team, and done on time. I have recommended Premier Paradise to many people and will continue to do so!

After 10 months of what was supposed to be a 12 week project we are almost complete with our backyard renovation. To be fair, they did an okay (not great, but definitely okay) job and it looks close to what was promised in the 3d rendering. Unfortunately, that's where the good comments cease.

Hey man, is your service side for your custom builds still in business? I sent you a few messages (2 last few weeks) about our pool light on the build you did for us going out and needing it replaced or what bulb to buy and haven't heard a response back at all from you or your guys....
Pool itself and the build I would say is 4-5 Star (with the exception of we built about 7 years ago when they didn't have any experience with the glass or venetian glass tiles and could only do pebble-tec and despite me really wanting it as our last pool had it, I could only select PT.
