July 16th, 2021, I had a scheduled appointment at 11am. I got a text confirming my move about 2 minutes before they were scheduled to show. I replied confirming for 11am. I got a reply saying "They will call when on the way". Fast forward to 2:58pm- I texted asking for another update and received no response. At 4:15pm I decided to call the number on their website and the woman, Missy, said she would reach out to them to get an update and call me back. After waiting another hour with still no response I called back. I didn't catch the

I scheduled a move with Franklin Bo’s Moving Company for July 11, 2021 at 9am. The move date and time were confirmed several times with Missy. A few minutes after 9am the day of the move Missy called to inform us that the movers would not be able to come. She said that she only answers the phones and she can’t control the circumstances. I asked more than once to speak with someone that is able to make decisions for the company and she could not provide me with any information. I would not recommend this company.

Bo’s Moving Company is the best Movers I’ve ever used! This will be the 4th year in a row I’ve used them. And as usual the movers that came out were great! On time and super nice! They went over and beyond to make me happy. I also needed a HUGE mirror hung above my couch and was worried about how I was going to do it myself, so they offered to hang it for me at no extra cost. The time was already stopped and I’d already paid them for the move, when the movers said,”hey don’t worry we can do that for you!” I really thought that was nice of them. We had Chris and Tom move us from Franklin to Spring hill and they were way less than any other company. They were very fast, professional, and careful with our items

Used Franklin Bo's a second time moving from spring hill to Murfreesboro. Still by far the cheapest in town and moved everything we needed and worked extremely hard to have it done in 2 hours (194 for 2 hours and 94 every hour after that). They did show up a bit late this time but no issue and would gladly look that over for saving 300 bucks compared to everyone else.

These guys are super affordable and hard workers. 2 of them moved my entire 3000 square foot house inside of 6 hours. It was remarkable. They are friendly, articulate and very kind. We were sad to see them go when they were finished. Would totally recommend this company and would definitely use again.

My family and i used Bo's Moving Company for an extremely short notice move. I called and they came the same morning! The movers were very polite and professional! The guys went over and beyond for us! I was so happy with the service we received that i just wanted to tell everyone how good they were! I will for sure use them again and tell all my colleagues at work to use them too. I will be moving my office soon and they will definitely get my business. Thanks again Bo's Moving!
