It's a scam to make money! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They took 6 months to actually complete the delivery. Never returned our calls called from private numbers kept selling the contract to two different drivers, stated our things were in storage, stuff was repacked, several things stolen, broken recieved someone else's boxes and doubled the final price!! CROOKS! They deserve zero stars.

My experience with this company was awful. They lied and wanted to charge me double from the estimate. Because they didn't put everything down correctly on the list. Plus the salesman said we pack our clothes on plastic only to learn they couldn't, he lied and said they could take the mount down they couldn't. I had to give half my stuff away because i could not afford the new estimate. They never respond to your calls and emails. Do not hire this company.

This company picked up our belongings on 7/23 and promised to deliver within 10 days. It's now 10/12 and they have never delivered anything. We call and they say it's because of a hurricane, or because their truck broke down. Our experience mirrors a lot of others on Yelp. We can only get the reservations line or a customer service voicemail.
We gather that this company pays fake reviewers to say they deliver items, when in reality they just take people's money and their stuff disappears forever. Don't hire this company!

Total scam. Don't use them. Have been trying to find out about when a delivery will be made for the past 10 days and the woman who answers the phone has no answers ever. She always says back and she never does. Complete disappointment! They have taken $2100 of my money and cannot tell me where my items are or when they will be delivered.

Move Us Inc is NOT a reputable company. Like many of the other reviews, they lie about their service, if you have issues (like we did) they absolutely will not speak the truth, they only care about getting the money from you and nothing about doing what is right and causing you less stress given the fact that you're moving. Use any other company other than this one. A company that lies and steals from it's customers should not be allowed to stay in business. Worst experience of our lives.

Our experience has been almost exactly like Lauren's review from almost exactly a year ago. They were nice and professional and pack up your things and smile and chat you up. They promise a great delivery time- and then they disappear. They tell you the "driver will be contacting you tonight" day after day until weeks have passed and you stop caring that you don't have a bed but are now terrified you'll never see your wedding dress or your grown child's baby outfits again. From what we could figure out, they pack up the stuff and then hire out someone to deliver it

Writing this experience on behalf of my family. Never have I heard of such a horrendous moving experience. The movers came hours late to the apartment in New York, without any room left in the truck to house my sisters furniture. They then proceeded to throw other people's furniture up and on top, even tried to put my sisters furniture on the lift gate that's attached outside. Completely unsafe. Bottom line DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I don't even know where to begin on how bad of a experience we've had with our cross country move. Namely broken pieces of furniture. I have to go to Home Depot to replace the bolts of things they took apart. I can go on and on but I'm really not one to put out negative reviews. I just feel the need to inform people to take their business elsewhere even it costs a tad more.

I signed a contract with Move Us to move from Coos Bay Oregon to Knoxville Tennessee. As the move date got closer I began to get nervous because I never got a confirmation call. After repeated calls, emails and texts, the driver finally called and CANCELLED! Less than 2 days before the move date! Nobody else from Move Us ever contacted me, even after my repeated calls. I had to put all of my stuff in storage and leave it in Oregon. I thought I must have got scammed, but Move Us seems to be a legit company. They really screwed me over and never even called to say sorry.

I felt lucky just to receive my property, which was picked up on 6/27/18 near Knoxville, TN. I was promised a delivery of 7/16-18 in Reno, NV. I did not receive my property until 8/15. Until then, I had no idea where my things were or if/when they would be delivered.

We had a very bad experience with these people. First they underestimated the amount of space they would need and try to charge us double when they picked up our furniture. When they delivered it at the other end they decided that we needed to pay an extra $400 because of an extra flight of steps. When we didn't have any cash we asked him to carry it as far as they could and then we would carry it the rest of the way and then they could just come upstairs and put it together. They moved my household items from Oklahoma to Ohio. The guys that came to pick up my stuff were very courteous and were able to pack my entire house in a timely manner. They delivered everything within 2-3 days, which worked out extremely well with my schedule. Thanks guys!!! I'll be sure to use you guys again when I move.

I called and received a 'binding quote' for my move from Tennessee to Arizona. It was twice that price when the movers arrived (I had to go with it because I was expected in Arizona and didn't have time to go with another company). I've been trying to call and email them to deliver my furniture, but nobody will call me back. I'm beginning to wonder if they keep some of the furniture that they say they will move. I'm very disappointed.

Jack and his crew were great. Jack called the day before pick-up and asked what time would be good and they arrived right on time. They took a look around while I gave them a few instructions and they immediately got to work. Wrapping and taping were incredibly thorough. An atom bomb next door would not have scratched my furniture. The floor lamps went out the door looking like mummies. It was a miserably hot and humid day in Kentucky, but they worked fast and non-stop for the whole time they were--about 4 hours. Move Us are the best! I was really impressed with the quality of the work. Worried about my antique furniture, pictures, fine china, but everything was wrapped safe, nothing was damaged. Guys wrapped all the furniture to avoid scratches, disassambled washer and dryer, and they worked really fast. I couldn't even imagine such a smooth move from California to Tennessee, bc moving is always a huge stress.
Great work, reasonable pricing, Jack and his people really care. Highly recommended.
