I’ve moved 24 times in my life and this one, by far, has been the Best I’ve ever had! Mark was very helpful and understanding in scheduling my move…even when I had to reschedule 3 times. Gregory and his assistant were right on time, professional and very careful packing, loading, and placing my furniture, some of which were antique, Nothing was damaged, scratched or broken
I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend this company !

My husband and I hired Black Tie Movers to relocate my mother-in-law from one room in her assisted living facility to another room in the same facility. We explained to them when we hired them that it was a sensitive move as my MIL did not know she was moving and that we needed them at a set time as we only had a small window of time to move her. Black Tie Movers agreed to the time and said they understood our constraints. Black Tie Movers called the day before the move; went over the particulars with us; again agreed to the the time and promised us they would be there.

The movers were very professional and did their job well. My main concern is that the company way way way underestimated our needs for trucks. One of the movers asked if the sales person had done a virtual video tour of my property or sent someone out. Unfortunately they did not. Had to leave a lot of things, including furniture behind. So, services offered - great. Moving staff - great. Sales staff - needs a lot more training.

People, Black Tie is a must for your next move. They moved us to two separate locations within 1 week of each other. They got it done quickly, but without being careless with all of our items. Great communication throughout. And the process is really smooth all the way through. Extremely fair pricing as well!!

Our overall experience with Black Tie Movers was good. The guys came in and worked hard and loaded everything we asked them to load. They forgot some minor things at our old house but got them the next day. And they were very respectful and attentive to our request and did not bother lifting the heavy furniture.

I don't recommend using Black Tie Moving in Nashville under any circumstances. I'm now one month past my move, which did not go well, and can't get anyone to respond to me to resolve my credit card being charged twice and to follow through on the moving blanket buy-back offer they highlighted at the beginning of the sale. Before these issues, it took them 6.5 hours to move the contents of my 2 bedroom, 1500 sq ft condo into a truck which caused the price to be double what I was originally quoted. We switched companies for the second half of our move and were much happier with the speed and service

Black Tie Moving Services were absolutely incredible from scheduling to execution.Our move included 4 locations, and was time sensitive.They were all GR8T, professional, knowledgeable polite,and you should be happy you have them as faces of your brand!!!When one truck was loaded they doubled up on the next one.They even moved the furniture that went to the front yard for Habitat for Humanity to pick up.Black Tie Moving Services, again, thank you, for a PERFECT moving experience!Will continue to recommend you!

I would give Black Tie and 4.5 rating if possible. They did a great job, were friendly and hard workers. The only issue is my 65" TV got cracked but they sent me a claim email to send and start a claim. There we a few other broken items to be expected with any move. I had them pack me and they really packed items very carefully! Overall I am very pleased and would use them again.

I was referred to Black Tie by a business associate when I needed a quick furniture pickup and delivery to our new building. I called on a Thursday for a Friday or Saturday move - surprisingly, Ben told me that they could accommodate my short notice. I was contacted by another team member to verify the information involved with the move. The move went as anticipated - the crew was great, fast and easy to deal with. All in all a great experience and the Black Tie family is much appreciated by me and my team..

Hands down a company you don't want to move you. We had a large amount of boxes and furniture to move. At 5:30 I said are you ready to go back and get the next load. Their response was we have another job. I said we haven't finished this job. Response call our boss.
Seriously! Before I blew my top I just said ok and brought my own employee's to finish the job. 2 days later we were almost complete. They left bed frame pieces behind, lost parts and didn't complete the job. What a joke. Boxes in the wrong rooms, poor attitude and a super expensive bill for this. I will tell you

Black Tie Movers handled my recent move of my items from my home into storage. They were professional and efficient through out the entire process from booking my move date through closing the door on my… storage unit. Matt was pleasant & accommodating when I needed to change the date of my move. My team (Dave, Chris & Chris) arrived on time quickly wrapped my furniture to protect it from the unexpected torrential down pour. The process was quick & easy. It was a HUGE relief to work with such a great team during what could have been a highly stressful situation. I will be using

They broke a lot. A glass top desk. The whole glass shattered. They broke a leg off a shelf unit, another table tile. And they ran into a sconce light and bent it.
The team was nice but really not focused on… taking care of the items. Then they had very little interest in offering Solutuons. I had to take care of the items. Forget insurance. They were sure not to offer any. To many things broke so many mistakes. I still can’t believe how many items broke in the move.
So I will not recommend. For what we paid. Not happy.
