Lighthouse put one of my heat pumps in previously. At that time the owner was an estimator and he treated me like I was royalty.
I knew one day he would own the company...and he actually still gives estimates. Tim is a "working owner"
That is what I love to see in any business.
The technician, Charles is a great employee...he is informative, respectful and pleasant to talk with. He answered all of my questions and is a great listener. He takes his time with you and treats you with respect. He shows up on time or earlier and calls in advance if the time frame changes.

We had our AC go out at the end of August 2020. Lighthouse Mechanical Heating and Cooling came over for a whole house generator estimate. They gave me a great deal for both new AC and Hearing install and a whole house generator. I am so very pleased with the job they did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We had to convert to Natural Gas from Propane. After contacting two other companies who came out looked, said they’d get back to us with quotes and never hearing back from either we called Lighthouse. We are glad it worked out the way it did. We had a new hvac installed They were extremely prompt with quote and got on the the work immediately. We… ordered an oven that wasn’t to arrive until the day after the scheduled work and they sent someone back out to hook it up for us. The guys that did the install were professional and answered any questions we had. Everything is working

We had a new AC/Furnace installed by Lighthouse Mechanical. Matt and his employees have been fantastic throughout the process. Matt is knowledgeable about all aspects of the heating and cooling business and is helpful without being aggressive. He worked with us every step of the way. These people were contracted thru my apartment complex to do install my new a.c. unit. Well they did the work but they damaged my bedroom. They left my front door wide open unattended for hours, did not clean up afterwards, left my windows unlocked, damaged my window screens, left cords & screws on the floor, and the worst part is that when they… had to go into my office to run hose they had no disregard to my items that were in that room. My room was trashed. I run a business out of that room & my things were damaged. I called the office and the secretary is the absolute worst ever
