Dave and Will checked my gas powered boiler system. They explained what they were looking for, how the system worked, and what they found. Knowledgable. They were pleasant & professional. They were on time after a call announcing their arrival. AND THEY WORE BOOTIES IN MY HOUSE. Just had floors refinished, so very grateful. Tommy Garner just doesn't miss! I have been using Tommy Garner Heating and AC for two years to “keep my HVAC system going” and they did a great job at doing that. But, I knew the day would come to install a new system because of the age of what I had, and that new complete heat/ac installation just happened in the nick of time before cold weather sets in! We have been doing business with Tommy Garner since we had them install our gas pack 10 years ago. We recently had TG install a mini split in our garage. We have TG technicians do seasonal maintenance on our gas pack and will also have them perform that service on our new mini split when the time comes. Everyone at TG, the office personnel, the estimators, the installers, and the maintenance technicians have always been extremely courteous (even when I'm looking over their shoulders asking a bunch of questions) and knowledgeable.
