ANI installed a new HVAC system in my house several years ago and has been doing semi-annual maintenance checks on it since then. The initial work was well done and not overly expensive for the system I ordered. Technicians are competent and courteous. They show up when scheduled . I trust them and am happy with their work.

I believe the work was done at two of my rental properties. I was not present for either job, but I did speak with Mark by telephone to approve replacing components. I did not speak with James, but I believe his work was performed at a different site. If any replacement parts were needed, I was not informed.

Critical: Responsiveness
The lady on the phone was nice and that was about it. She told me I would receive a call letting me know a time they would be out to look at unit. That was at 7 am. It’s 130pm and still no call. Granted it is a Sunday but don’t offer emergency services if you can’t provide them.

We requested an estimate for installation of a humifidier for a property we recently purchased. "Mike" advised us that the furnace heat exchanger had a crack which required him to condemn the furnace and disconnect the gas immediately. As were were leaving town and temperatures were freezing, we made swift arrangements to replace the furnace and install the humidifier. When we remembered that we had a warranty, we called Mike to delay and he went ballistic. Puzzling reaction for a brief delay.

Had a new system installed a couple of months ago, and had a small issue with the thermostat. ANI was very attentive to my needs, both with the installation and with this service visit. They scheduled me quickly and sent tech Keith to help me out. He was very professional and kind, and got things done efficiently and quickly. Because of the warranty that came with the new system, this service was free of charge to me. I am extremely happy with my overall experience with ANI. Thank you!!
