Fantastic customer Service (Yanette great job!). They came out to my house next day early morning at 9:00 am. The owner (Rommy) and the tech guy (I'm sorry, but I did not remember his name) cleaned the duct and vents very well done. They were very professional and explained every single steps before done. This company offers excellent competitive prices for a great quality and value. I just had a new Rheem A/C unit installed at my home by Cooling Running Air and I am very satisfied with the service. I had been looking around for estimates and good services for the past month, but wasn't satisfied until I called Cooling Running Air. I called on a Saturday and immediately received a response from the owner, Romeo. He took his time to give me information on different a/c units and worked out a price within my budget. I am always leery of any company. This company put us at ease. They gave us an install date. Showed up on time. They finished on time and did not charge me until everything worked perfectly. We are very happy with both split systems. The rooms are now cooling. i would recommend them for any Air Conditioner work.

This was the best service I have ever experienced. The technicians are very courteous and are experts at what they do. I am still amazed at how quick and smooth the entire installation went. The price they quote you is the price you will pay there are no surprise charges. When you look at the completed work you know you dealt with professionals. When they finished the installation everything was clean and in place. You would never know you just had a new air conditioner installed. You will not find better service. Thank you to all involved.
