We understand your desire is to have a completely clean home, sparkling clean and fresh smelling. This is the second time my boyfriend and I have used Perfect Shine Housekeeping. After they did such a good job the second time, we decided to give in and do a monthly service. Our landlord was visiting from out of the country and we needed a deep clean on a short notice, our house was disgusting.
I gave the manager specific instructions on what we needed done and they really went above and beyond. Our blinds and refrigerator look BRAND NEW. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and even followed up with me after the cleaning to make sure everything met expectations.
As a working individual that spends 50 hours at the office, and 10 hours a week with night classes and homework, it is so nice to come home and not worry about doing house work, it's a huge weight off my shoulders and I can't thank PSH enough!I bought a cleaning for my husband for father's day last year and after the first time we were hooked.

Pros- very responsive???? to calls and texts. Came on time!

Never never use this company. I made a bad choice in selecting them to do a deep cleaning of carpets and general cleaning after our tenants moved out. The carpets had streaks of dirt all over especially at the stairs. Response was that dirt had gone in too deep to clean out. A separate company that came to do the upholstery cleaning thought the carpets were not yet cleansed. Even some visitors thought so too. As for the general cleaning, the quality was very low. I used this service for a few months. We had an agreed upon arrival window of one hour. They were never on time. Sometimes, the never showed up at all. I was always charged before the service even started.
In fairness the work was great work, which is why i had the service for multiple months. In the end, the fact i had to wait around or rush out of the house early became too much of a head ache.

This is a review for the deep cleaning move out service. I was suggested to hire this company through my rental company when I was moving out. The pricing seemed competitive and it was easy to schedule an appointment. If I knew what I know now I would of hired the other suggested cleaning service.
The day of the appointment two women showed up to clean my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment for $180. They stated that it should take 2 hours to complete. Let's just start right off with - the best "Deep Cleaning" I've ever seen! Beatriz and Maggie are absolutely the best, tireless and amazing attention to detail. I recently bought my first house and needed to do a move out and move in cleaning. My realtor had used them in the past and recommended. Joanna answered the phone and was able to coordinate both houses around my moving schedule and send out a carpet cleaner too! I thought this would be a one time thing, but they offered to come back once every four weeks (didn't push me for more often) and I'm glad I did. Today marks four weeks in the new house and nice and shiny again! Not sure why google reviews are so bad, but the yelp is accurate!

I love these guys! We moved here two years ago and after a string of terrible housecleaners I stumbled upon Perfect Shine and I haven't looked back. I have been sent 2 different teams and they are both wonderful and so pleasant to talk to. Today Mary and Nicoletta (sp?) came and did a deep clean for our move out in 2 days. Such a wonderful team. They helped move the mattresses from room to room so they could clean and even helped with a bulky bed frame. High-turnover of their employees, numerous scheduling mishaps and no shows, inconsistent quality of work were examples of the ongoing mismanagement of the business.
After years of service, management decides my house requires more time to clean, thereby increasing my price by a 1/3.
After trying to voice my concerns, the owner hangs up on me, telling me they will not service my house.

The worst experience ever. This review is for recurring appointments (every 3 weeks) that were set up for regular cleaning of the house, so if you are getting a one time deep clean for move in or move out, your experience and quality of service might be different (I haven't gotten that done so I can't comment on it.)

In Fall 2015, we hired Perfect Shine cleaners to do a "move out" cleaning of a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom rental home based on good Yelp reviews. Our understanding was that a team could come out and get the entire job done in 4-5 hours. Instead, two women did the general house cleaning over several hours. I start using their cleaning service nearly a year ago. Inconsistency of scheduling from the disorganized management was one of the problem. Maids either show up late or they call and said they want to come early. That didn't bother me the most. As long as they charge a fair rate and get the job done.

I figured dialing from my cell phone was just keep ringing. And then I tried using my office phone , then they picked up ). It's a very unprofessional business practice. My emailing exchange with Eric was very informative - I've never hired house cleaners so I had a few questions! I had to reschedule a few times and there was never any issue. Mary and Maria showed up on time and were very nice. They did a wonderful job! My apartment looked amazing. I will go back to PSH (and ask for Mary and Maria) any time I need cleaning.

Eric and Monica were organized, professional, efficient, and understanding of my situation. I knew my cleaning needs might be a "worst case scenario" due to quite a bit of neglect on my part. More recently I decided to have them do a monthly cleaning at my apartment. I am so happy with Nikky hard work! She really gets the place feeling fresh and clean! She never misses a detail and I am never disappointed! She even puts the clean dishes away (carefully and correctly) and makes the bed.
I look forward to "cleaning day" every month! The pricing is fair and they do the job right! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a chemical free/green clean!
