Chimney liners are one of the most important parts in your chimney, the liner actually protects both you and your home. Traditional chimney liners are made of viterous clay and are meant to stop gases from leaking back into the house and prevent, or lessen, the transfer of heat through the brick and mortar, which masonry chimneys are built with.
In the past the only way to get soot staining off brick was with harsh chemicals. Honestly, we have never pushed cleaning the brick on the inside of homes because of the chemicals we had to bring in the home. People would have to leave, we had to wear special protective gear-none of this was fun, until now!

This company is completely unprofessional and does extremely low quality work. Do not ever use this company and please have their work inspected by another company if you have had them do work previously. Do not trust them. They did some work prior to me moving in which was totally sloppy even got mortar on the surface of the stone. When I asked about it they said it would blend in over time. I waited a year for them mortar to set and they said they didn't even do it and refused to remediate. They refuse to help their warranty holders and do pathetically aweful work. I would give 0 stars if possible

A few years ago, Chimney Pro's came to our house to sweep our two fireplaces. They found a crack in the flue on both chimneys and recommended that we have them repaired and gave us an estimate. At the time we couldn't afford doing the repair, so once we were able to we gave them a call. We had an appointment set up for another inspection, but on the day they were supposed to come they didn't. We tried calling but there is no answer and we never heard back from them. The first time they came, they did a good job and the service person was nice. But they ghosted us the second time.

I could not be happier about my interaction with Chimney Pros. I hired another company to clean and inspect my wood burning fireplace. This company deemed my fireplace ‘unsafe’ and urged me not to use it until it was replaced (an expensive service they were happy to provide). In a panic, I called Chimney Pros. The owner took my call and was patient, informative and agreed to come out for a ‘second opinion’ (at a discounted rate). Ross inspected my fireplace/chimney completely and confirmed his findings with Steve (the owner). They agreed – my fireplace was perfectly safe. What a relief

Hands down this company is the best and most efficient when it comes to your chimney. Other companies we worked with seemed to be more concerned about the dollar than the work they were hired to do. The Chimney Pro's even handled our insurance claim for us so we didn't have to do it ourselves. We will continue to use them from now on and highly recommend them.

The Chimney Pros are awesome to work with! They have done a couple jobs for me. First was the concrete cap at the top of the chimney and replacing various bricks that had been weathered. That was the easiest repair transaction ever! Then, I decided to have my chimney swept. They inspected the chimney and found cracks with their camera. No question it was a dangerous situation if I were to have had a fire. Well I gotta say, these guys are awesome!! It took 10 weeks (with a ton of follow up) for the insurance inspector to get out to my house to give me a definitive answer. I contacted TCP in the morning, they got out there the same day and made the repair!! Wow! Don't have to stress about this any more.
They communicated via email as well which works so much better at work. Getting on the phone is not easy and not private!

After extensive research, I found that Chimney Pros have a reasonable and competitive pricing structure. They communicated well in advance and showed up on time. All work was done well and quickly. Troy even took the time to improve the look of the gas fireplace and explain everything so I can properly operate and maintain my equipment going forward. Thanks!

Chimney Pros "canceled" my 3 day job due to weather, did not give a me a reschedule date but cashed my $3,400 check on a $7,000 job . After a few weeks they never gave me a date to reschedule, I asked then, to cancel the job since had no start date on a 3 day project and I must plan for it. They are taking $500 deposit plus the permit...well over $700 for doing absolutely nothing.
Stay clear of this group. ( I have paid them well over $400 for all the inspections).

We were getting crazy, outrageous estimates from Jack Pixley Chimney Sweeps to replace the chimney liner and add a new Chimilator to the top of our chimney. I called several different contractors and our neighbors had used The Chimney Pro's before.
