Our technicians clean all the air ducts from the living, or work areas first, then clean the trunk work and air handlers in the crawl space, basement and or attic space as needed. Additional services can include installation of heavy duty, clear vapor barriers in crawl spaces for a healthier, dryer environment.

Technicians Ivory and Dee were very professional and treated our home with respect. They laid down cloths for their equipments to protect the floors, put booties on their shoes and had masks on. They did a very good job on both our air ducts and sweeping the chimney. And believe me, our chimney and air ducts were very dirty!!! There was one air vent the was missed. My house is a mess right now so I’m not surprised they missed a vent. But when I called the Mad Hatter, no questions asked except for my address, they are coming back to address the issue. And was also told that if I find anything

The services that were provided were perfect! I had them clean my ducts, clean my dryer vent, and check my chimney. The guys who arrived, Ivory and Dee were super professional and did a thorough job. They were very concious about their shoe coverings and made sure to take great care when coming in and out of the home. I will forever refer this company to anyone who is asking for these services. I hired The Mad Hatter for a chimney inspection and paid $89 for 15 minutes of "work" which basically included shining a flashlight up the chimney, looking around, and opening/closing the damper handle. No inspection of the exterior.

Estimate was given very quickly over the phone without any visit needed, they seemed to only need the square footage or the number of vents in the house. Their technician, Ivory, was running a few minutes behind the scheduled time but he made sure to call me right before the initial scheduled time to inform me he was running late. He showed up and got to work as soon as I showed him the vents in question, he didn't need much more input on how to get access and where to get power, he seemed to be a great -self-starter- and got to work very promptly.
