The technicians did a great job. Not only did they come almost immediately to help me (my toilets weren't flushing because of a blockage in the septic tank), they did excellent work while they were here. They explained what exactly caused my septic problem, and how to avoid it in the future. One of the techs was even kind enough to flatten out the dirt and stone coving my tank lid.

Septic tank pumping (also referred to as septic tank cleaning or septic tank draining) is a critical step in the maintenance of your septic system. A septic tank is specifically designed to separate solids (sludge) from liquids. The solids (sludge) reside on the bottom of the tank while the wastewater (commonly referred to as effluent) exits the septic tank through an outlet pipe and flows into the drainfield.
The tank has two pipes; an inlet and an outlet pipe. The inlet pipe comes from inside the property into the tank and is long enough so that liquid waste separates from the solid waste. The outlet pipe allows the processed wastewater from the septic tank to be evenly spread into the drainfield. This baffle has been designed to prevent scum from clogging the inlet or outlet piping and causing septic failure.

I was only sold what was needed, fixed the same day, and paid $215,
I had another quote that was $3,500+++ expecting nearly $5,000 to repair; and it stated it could take 25 or more weeks to complete.
Also to pump my tank was quoted $265, Last pumping by another firm was nearly $900. So, while friendly and courteous is nice, and they are; an HONEST company like this is my go-to in the future.
I give them my highest recommendations. Thank you.

We have a 1 bathroom house so when this clog happened and late Sunday night well you can imagine how frantic my husband and I were. I called and left a voicemail 8:45pm Sunday night, 8/1/21, and within 15 minutes I received a call back and we were the very first to be seen today, Monday morning, 8/2/21, at 8:45-9am. What amazing service. Extremely professional and I truly wouldn’t use ANYONE else! This is the third time I have had my septic tank drained and have used Danny's septic every time. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and very efficient from the office staff scheduling the appt to the technicians that come out to drain the septic. I believe the technicians were Mark and John and they were very punctual, professional and personable! I highly recommend Danny's Septic!

Had a great experience using Danny's Septic. Prudence was very professional and responsive via phone and email. Mark came out with the big red (not milk!) truck and was fantastic! He explained everything to me and was very informative and courteous. He also called a few minutes prior to his arrival and I was able to meet him outside and watch the whole fascinating procedure. Thank you Danny's! I'll see you again in 2 years. (Also loved that this company is female owned and operated).

Danny's just finished replacing a drain field. Job is good. However it took six months. When I would call the office to check the status they world give me conflicting information. They claim to use one engineer which causes such a delay, then maybe use two engineers? I'm a little skeptical that they really needed this long for the job to be prepared. The actual work took one day l, the permit took one day, etc., but five months to get the engineer to do his part?? Come on!

This business is awesome. I called on a Monday evening with issues with my septic and they were kind enough to squeeze me in the next day. The woman who answers the phone is such a sweetheart. She was so helpful and she provided the best customer service. The guys came out. Fixed my problem and I was good to go in no time. They also had the best pricing. My septic backed up on a Sunday I called first company that came across google and immedialty they wanted to come out for over $600. I then found Danny's septic!! I had the pleasure of speaking with Maryann I was told to reduce use of water in the home save the emergency call. Monday morning I received a call from Maryann that the techs would be out and would call 30 min prior to arrival. Sure enough they did call and arrived in 30 min. Carlos was so polite professional and helpful. He fixed the clog and explained what to do for next time. He could have told me I needed the septic drained

I called Danny's Septic Service on a Sunday night because my drains were backing up and spoke to Maryann,
who was extremely informative and explained my options and told me she'd have someone out there in the morning. I was shocked that anyone would even answer, no less spend the time to explain.
Next morning by 10am Carlos was out at my house and pumped out the tank quickly and at a very reasonable price. He recommended a further evaluation of the system. All in all it was great service.

I was having a hard getting local septic services to answer their phones or return messages. Danny's answered as soon as I called and scheduled me for an appointment. I used Danny's back in 2017 and they did a decent job and happened to be the cheapest I could find. In 2018 I called them again and never got a return phone call. I let a few days go by, I called again and this time booked an appointment. 15 min after booking the appointment, someone called me back to let me know that they were "so busy" that they couldn't make it out until tomorrow. Not impressed. . . will be calling a different company from now on.

Less than two months after being RIPPED OFF by Culpepper Septic (you can read my Google review on them) every drain in my house began expelling water YET AGAIN. Eric was able to come out the same day with his crew, and he showed me what the problem was and had been all along - a piece of concrete causing toilet paper to accumulate around the drain entrance of the tank. This was a relief after having paid $300 to Culpepper six weeks earlier to empty my septic tank, and ALMOST falling for their $240 "JET BLAST" for my "clogged drain line." I own a home inspection company (U S Building Inspectors) and when my customers use Danny's, I get the report on-site, and they pump and inspect promptly. The girls in the office are forth right with information for the customer, or me, as to where the tank and drain field are, how much repairs may be, and are very good communicators. Highly professional office. Love this company. Can't speak highly enough of them.
