This company literally saved our house from massive damages from a septic tank back-up. They were the only company in PB County that responded and went out to do the job on a Sunday afternoon and their charges for this kind of emergency service were reasonable too! What a pleasure to deal with an honest and responsive company like Payless. Heather, who answered the phone and followed up with me was awesome too!

On time, friendly, respectful. Had my septic tank pumped out, these guys are awesome and reliable. I'll tell you what, these people giving bad reviews don't know anything about septic tank systems and the industry. The Payless Pumping staff was personable and funny.

This is the Worst company to do business with. Rips off by Not pumping the system out completely so they can do it again and Charge you again or ruin your drain fill if you don't pay for another pump. I had my system pumped out 5 months ago and the driver did Not pump it out completely. I was standing there and he said their was sand in the septic tank. This is BULL.. There was no sand unless they put it in there from the last time they pumped it. (5 MONTHS AGO) Their was only the sludge from the septic system. I spoke to J J who answered the phone sounds nice in the beginning, but gets angry,

Good Morning!
I called this morning around 8:15 asking to have my septic tank pumped.
The lady answering the phone was very professional as well as pleasant.
She advised me that they could pump it but later in the day, but that if they had a cancellation she would send someone sooner. She called 2 hrs later and said Danny would be there shortly.
Danny arrived and cleaned our septic tank without any issues. He was very helpful, professional & pleasant ! Kudos to Payless Pumping!
Will definitely recommend them . Thanks again . You should be proud of your employees.

Had one of our horses step through the septic. Dogs had dug out too much near the lid and weakened it. Henry and Joshua came out and were both professional and knowledgeable. They worked quickly, and efficiently cleaning out the area and then replacing the old broken lid with a heavier duty fiberglass one, backfilling the area and replacing the sod. As new homeowners also new to septic, they took an extra few minutes to give us some hints and tips on maintenance and service schedules. We have since used Payless for pumping out the septic and had another pleasant experience.
