I woke up one morning and our toilets did not flush. I called multiple septic companies but none were willing to help me asap. I then called Jupter Septic who picked up my call and came over immediately. Scott arrived and went far and beyond what I was paying him for to fix my problem. He was the best and my family was grateful to have the toilets flushing again.

Got home from work and was confronted with toilets that were bubbling and not flushing. Called Jupiter Septic after reading the reviews posted here and true to their word, Scott from Jupiter Septic came out on time, was very knowledgable/professional, worked quickly and had very reasonable prices. My septic tank was full and the people we normally use could not come out for about 2 weeks, it was the holidays. I was hesitant to try someone new but I read the reviews on YP and decided to try jupiter septic (dan's backhoe and Septic Service). I highly recommend Jupiter Septic. The alarm on our septic went off on a Sunday. I was really hesitant to call being it was Sunday, but was also afraid of the consequences of not getting the situation taken care of immediately.
Scott answered right away, and didn't hesitate to accommodate us. He came out and replaced to pump in a timely manner.

We first called Total Septic and were told we would receive a call back. After a few hours, we decided to try Jupiter Septic (Dan's Backhoe). The call went immediately to Scott and he quoted that he would be out to us in 2 hours. He actually was at our house within one hour of talking to him and he spent the next 3 hours driving between our house and another customer in order to get both of our problems taken care of. On a wet, nasty, rainy night Scott stayed until 7:30 to make sure our problem was solved. When you have a septic problem, this is exactly how you want to be treated. We never heard
