WE HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR BUT WE'D LIKE TO GIVE A -5. WE HAVE BEEN HAVING SEPTIC PROBLEMS SINCE JANUARY 19TH AND HAVE STILL BEEN DEALING WITH IT THROUGH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. IN ORDER TO GET SOMEONE TO WORK ON IT THE COMPANY WANTS A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FIRST. HOW IS A CONTRACTOR SUPPOSE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE WHEN THEY CAN'T SEE THROUGH THE GROUND TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. THEY HAVE TO DIG FIRST. THERE IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY THAT LIVES IN LOUISVILLE WHICH IS 35 MILES FROM HERE AND HE IS TOO LAZY TO COME HERE TO CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM AND DEAL WITH THE CONTRACTOR. My husband and I had recently sold our home in order to downsize, after 25 years of using this product in the septic system. The buyers insisted on a septic check which is always a good idea. The report stated 'in excellent condition' which is a true testimony to the results of this product!! We couldn't be happier! We highly recommended to the buyers that they continue to use this product on a regular basis in their septic system.
