I have used Raider Rooter for years and they have always been so prompt and accurate with their work. I can’t recommend this company enough for their amazing customer service and outstanding work! I had a technician today by the name of Mike W. He was excellent. He came promptly, he assessed the problem within the minutes and had the whole underground pipe leak fixed within an hour! We had major roots in one of our sewer lines in our condo building. John Pisieczko pulled out the toilet and ran his Valor 300 snake and cutter thru the 4" plastic sewer line and cut all the roots out that had forced their way thru a crack in the pipe. A job well done. We will use root killer in a couple of months to stop future invasion. John did a great job for use and comes highly recommended.

GREAT RESULTS... had them install a water purifier in my house and its been a life changer. They came right away to install it. They kept the whole work area clean and when they left, it was like they were never there. Water is amazing and the service all around was FANTASTIC.

I had a backed up drain in my basement I noticed on a Sunday morning. I called Raider Rooter and they were here within one hour of my call. They snaked everything out got it all operational and were done in about an hour. Extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Price was extremely Fair especially considering it was a Sunday. Would definitely use again.

Useless. Called them to fix a leak, they came and change a part (which I knew wouldn't work). Called the next day to see how it went and I told them the technician didn't fix it...they decided to send someone else out & that never happened so I called to schedule a new technician, scheduled them and they just didn't show up. The service is terrible.

I have had great experiences with this company. I inspect properties and have used them to clean and inspect numerous systems and they have been prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. It is very helpful for people new to septic systems to get the simple "rules" and basic maintenance tips for septic systems and their techs do that every time.

I have used this company for my business and my home. They have always been very reliable and helped when I had an emergency. I actually called the owner Andrew after to personally thank him. As far as plumbers go these guys where there when I needed them and got the job done ! I would highly recommend them.
