Critical: Professionalism
Long story short, avoid Southern Septic service. We rescheduled an appointment and they sent the technician anyway. Now we have to pay a $150 service call.
If you value your $, call another company.

I used Southern Septic to drain the septic tank at our new property in Palm Beach. They informed me they would take payment after the service was completed so I had a check prepared. Since I was out of town I gave my father the check and he was here at the property with them while they emptied the septic. Upon completion they never asked my father for payment as they stated they would. I wasn’t sure why they did not ask for payment but thought it may have been included in closing costs. Since I was out of town I figured they would reach out to me and get payment if still needed. Let’s just

We had them come out for routine maintenance. All of the staff were polite and professional. The pricing was reasonable. My main complaint is that they were three hours late. I had to call to get updates rather than them calling me to tell me they were running behind. Overall, I would use their service again in the future.

Joe and Steve just left my residence (817 Cherry Road WPB) and they were on time and very professional and did a great job. Joe was really really nice. I told he was the nicest man doing a very nasty job. Anytime I need your service again I will request Joe. Again the nicest man. Thank you for hiring good people. Jeri Flanders

I am 10 years old and upset, too. My parents callled Southern Septic in the morning to fix our back-up. No one showed up or called US! They treated us like we weren’t important to them and they avoided my parwnt’s calls later. I spent the whole day home, and I could not attend the event I was scheduled to attend because they didn’t show up. Shame on you; you wasted my step-mom and I s day. Not a family friendly company. I feel my opinion is just important since
It affected me, too. Thanks for reading.

Great customer service! Called for an inspection and they had someone out the next day. Every time I call they answer the phones and are very nice and professional. Also called after hours and still picked the phone right up and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

I would never use this company or refer this company to my worst enemy. Let’s start here— needed their service called them when they opened on July 6, 2018, 9:15 am, and they answered the phone and agreed to be here between 10:15 and 11:15. We had a back-up in the house and really needed someone to come. Now begins the show: We waited here at the house until noon and then I called and she said “there was an emergency, and we can’t be there until 2:30. Mind you, WE had to call them -no calls from them. They never showed, and owner called after repeated calls to company with no answer. Owner
