We have been connecting properties to city sewer for many years. All of our trenches/ditches are hand dug unless otherwise specified. We have found that hand digging is just as efficient and does much less damage to lawns, sprinklers, phones lines and TV cables. We always call Sunshine locates to locate underground utility lines.

Below is a typical grease trap configuration for a restaurant. Water flows from the kitchen and goes through the grease trap much like a septic tank. The main difference is that the outlet should be set low enough to prevent any grease from entering the sewer system. Not many honest companies out there. Total Septic Services was fast, honest, and competitively priced. They fixed me up and didn’t upsell us on items for out septic tank. A friend of mine was told by another company that he needed a whole new drain field. Total Septic Services did some repairs fixing the problem and saved him thousands. Thank you guys!

Total Septic Services just pumped my septic tank this morning. I had used this company last year because Josh was a courteous, informative, respectful young man and I felt the price was right. THIS TIME Chris arrived , he was hot tempted, rude, unprofessional and used the Fword toward me. He charged me 125.00 Additional (pump was 275.00) to unclog the drain at the septic entrance, which consisted of putting MY water hose with pressure into the pipe. Sadly, I will not use them again and google will not be my only bad review. I wish I could post a NO STAR

Just paid this guy $125 for nothing! Hot head from Total with a bad attitude. Pulled onto my cement driveway in his tank truck which was 1/2 full I told him I had concerns about the weight before he pumped, since the last guys that pumped me out broke my driveway on the way out---$1,700. He snapped at me and said if that was my concern he would leave right now. I told him to leave. Nasty !

Chris was able to clean out the drain field lines and get them in great working order, saving my customer thousands of dollars. * * Chris is a sewage wizard. * * Fast, Friendly service, I called them Thursday afternoon, they were able to come out the next day.

Called at 7:30 on saturday and left a message, they called me right back and the gentleman was out 45 mins later taking care of my problem! Best service and friendliest service! Definitely recommend them and the price was exceptionally great especially for a weekend call! if you have issues with your septic give them a call!
