We provide highly professional carpet cleaning services for your home or business. The Carpet Butler uses state-of-the-art truck-mounted carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment that thoroughly cleans your carpet and upholstery and rids it of harmful bacteria, fungus, dirt, chemicals, pollens, and tobacco residue; allowing deep cleaning and faster drying times.
The carpets are normally dry within 5-8 hours after the completion of the job. If there is a particular room that would be helpful to get dry quicker, the technicians can make efforts to accomplish that. Shoe covers will be left for family members to allow them to use the carpets during the drying process.
Semi-solid or wet material may be scooped up with a spoon; dried material may be vacuumed. Avoid scrubbing as that might damage the carpet. Treat the spot or stain with a small amount of Spot Out working it gently into the carpet. Blot, don't scrub. Tougher stains may take several passes. Most pet messes can be cleaned up with the same steps as above.

Lynn and Kay were very professional when they came to service my home/office. They were punctual, efficient and very organized in the way they attacked my stains (pet and wax).
I have waited 5 weeks to post this review waiting for the stains to reappear as with other cleaners, but guess what? They did not. It is a wonderful feeling knowing a job was done right the first time.

Do not use this company!!
They quote $150 to me for my 3 bedrooms and stairs. When Paul Rabe came out he said it would be $375!!. Bait and Switch much?? We had moved everything, vacuumed and taken time to be home! They obviously do this to get in the door and assume you will go along with it!
I showed him the door and called another company!

We have used the Carpet Butler on two different occasions. They do a great job and are very professional. We were extremely satisfied with the job they did in our home. They took care of all the tough cleaning area and gave us some cleaners and explained how to use them. They also do stone sealing and cleaning.
