Tip Top Chimney Sweep is based out of Portland, Oregon. We were established in 1976 in Madison County Virginia by my father, J. Isaac Watts. My father built a solid reputation through hard work and amazing customer service. In the pre-internet days one had to be a little savvier when marketing a business or service.

Tobias was super friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a wood burning stove before and he took the time to show me how my specific one works. He even waited while I drew a cheat sheet as he was explaining what does what. Using my stove like a champ now. Plus gave me contacts for any other needs I had. Highly recommend them for any inspection you need or cleaning.

I saw a Tip Top Chimney Sweep vehicle parked at my neighbor's house and stopped to inquire about their services & obtained a business card from Mike (technician). Shortly after this pleasant encounter, I scheduled the sweep and Tobias (owner/operator) and Mike arrived promptly as scheduled. Tobias was phenomenal. He just left and I had to write a review immediately. Not only was the cost of inspection/cleaning $200 less than everywhere else, but he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us as he went. And punctual! Our window was between 9am and 10am. Got here at 9 ON THE DOT. Finished everything in the seconds leading up to 10am. It was amazing. We also had a little side bonus of him scooping some gunk out of our gutter as he inspected the chimney from the roof. Completely above and beyond. Wasn't pushy with his recommendations and did what he came to do. I'd recommend

Tip Top Chimney Sweep is a fantastic company. I called them for a friend of mine and asked them if they could do a quote for me on replacing dryer vent tubing. Tobias called me and told me what time he would be there to do the estimate. He showed up on time and took the time to explain everything that he needed to do. My friend decided to have them do the job and Tobias called again and we set up the appointment time. Once again he showed up exactly when he said he would and he did an incredible job on the repair. I called to schedule a sweep for my woodstove and Tip Top was fantastic every step of the way. I spoke to Fran over the phone who was super friendly and helpful. Tobias had a last-minute opening in his schedule so Fran was able to schedule me for the following day. He was prompt and efficient and did an amazing job with my chimney!
