This review is for the West Coast office located in Oregon. I had an inspection done in January where I told them I had a concern about a mildewy smell that would occasionally be behind my dishwasher. The inspector used an infrared camera and moisture reader in the kitchen and said there wasn’t mold. I paid 1,800 for this. In July the smell came back so I called The Mold Pros again and I spoke with Shanna who said the inspector I had in January was no longer with the company and didn’t do a thorough job. Bradley Walker knows his mold!! I have mold in my apartment, so after reviewing several companies, I chose The Mold Pros. Mr. Walker came out and explained what would need to happen and what chemicals would be used. Unfortunately, my apartment manager said I had to use their mold company. After suffering from mold toxicity 2 years ago, I was familiar with mold and the effects on my health....as well as the importance of proper testing and remediation techniques necessary to fully eliminate both the mold and mycotoxins. John and his crew were amazing. Every phone call was answered, every question was answered. They treated our home is if it was their own and the crew who comes in and clean after the remediation is done touched every single surface of our home and made sure everything was clean and ready for us to move back in.
