Saved the transaction! We had some mold called out by the inspector and Buyer wanted it removed a certain way that required more than typical. Several mold companies came out for bids, but Active Mold gave us a bid for the work required by the Buyer, did it in record time saving the transaction close date and completed everything at the bid price, which was the lowest by a thousand dollars.

I called about an emergency time sensitive mold inspection on a Saturday (most others are closed) and Active Mold Control LLC was there to assist me right away. The professionalism and expertise they have is top notch customer service. I had called another company and submitted via email my issues and they didn't even respond. Active Mold LLC did! They not only spent hours going over my reports, pictures, and videos, they went through all of the information line by line, explaining what I was looking at, and explaining the differences between the different types of mold noted and what was an issue
