We just bought a beautiful fancy house, that had "HIDDEN" mold in the eaves!
Our agent recommended Mold Eaters, and they sent a crew of 4 to do stuff and crawl places that I sure would not have gone!
They vacuumed up everything at the end, and even swept the walk, where there might have been some insulation.
I don't know what they did up there, but the crew was very polite and professional! I would recommend them anytime. As did another friend who is also a real estate agent, so I know we went with a good company!

Very professional from start to finish. We had two separate attic spaces and an under construction area that was treated on our house. During the estimation process, I mentioned that we were going to get a new roof and get new plywood installed where there had been leaks and had an accumulation of mold. First of all, they were very nice and the team was very quick to respond to my emails/calls. The team worked hard all day into the evening to finish up the job - I was really surprised to see them still working well past 7pm to get everything done and just right. Mold eaters came and did a fabulous job removing the mold in my attic. There wasn’t a lot but they were timely, and great with follow through after the job was completed. In fact, I had given them a bit too much money with a deposit upfront and they were very timely in crediting us the difference that was owed back to us! I would highly recommend using them.

I recently bought an older home and a couple months after moving in I found some mold growing in a closet, I panicked and thought the worse so I rushed to call Mold Eaters. Brant came out to I expect the problem area and he gave me some great tips, he said I could defiantly fix the issue on my own. He gave me the confidence and knowledge free of charge and didn't charge me anything. He made a few suggestions on lowering moisture in the home and said he would be happy to install them if the issue continues. Used this company as part of a repair addendum for the sale of my former house. Four to five stars for the remediation of a very minor mold issue in the attic. Two stars for the shoddy inspection and bid for the total repair, which included increased attic ventilation to be added. Please understand that the estimator never actually physically went in the attic. He eye balled it for below. That became an issue when normal eaves vents couldn't be added due to increased framing. The result was more damage than good. The company did repair the damage they caused. Lastly, one star for the poor

I should have had a feeling that things weren't going to go well when he showed up late for our first meeting. After that, Brandt told me that Kris would call me to set up an appointment. Kris never called so after about a week I called back and set up an appointment, re-arranging my schedule for them to come out. At the last minute they called and couldn't do it that day and would have to do it the following Monday. Nice.
