The gentleman was here two hours early. He was very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to make sure we had located the correct vent (the house had an addition years ago and the outside vent was not obvious) including going under the house. He had to work from inside and outside, with no trace of the hose or anything on the carpet. Excellent experience!

We were provided with excellent service and repairs. We had all of our insulation and vapor barrier replaced along with ducts. We were provided a start and finish timeline of five days and the job was completed in the estimated period. Travis provided before and after pictures and the results looked great. Communication was also fabulous. Travis took the time to explain the whole process in detail and made any necessary repairs along the way.

Had a couple of gentlemen show up last week to do a thorough cleaning of our heating & air duct system, and I can say I am impressed with their efficiency. Tim & Matt were courteous & informative on what they were doing and what needed to be done. I am thankful they were able to fit us into their schedule before the cold rain started! Working with One Speed Services has been refreshing! From my initial call to set up the estimate through to the completion of the project, I have been impressed with their customer service and communication.
I contacted them to see about replacing the vapor barriers under our garage and house. They were able to come the *next day* to give me an estimate, whereas other companies I called wanted to schedule the estimate 3-6 weeks out.
David arrived on time, listened to my concerns with our current vapor barriers, questions about encapsulation and sump pumps, and also came into our house to look

The team set up a new vapor barrier for my home and performed a thorough duct cleaning. What an amazing experience! Service was awesome. Travis and Carlos did a great job with my crawl space. They were informative, kind, on time, clean and had smiles on their faces even though they had to crawl around under the house. I've also used this company for dyer duct cleaning- great experience as well. Would highly recommend.
