Bob and his apprentices were fantastic! They were so professional and transparent about what needed to be done. My house needed a new clean out installed and Bob was able to get us a quote on the same day. The price was the best out of the quotes that I got and the repair was done as quickly as possible. The team even came back out as soon as we had another issue.
I love that first call has such strong apprentice support and is dedicated to teaching new trades professionals. I will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs.

Very professional people. We had a issue with our water pressure for almost a whole year and consulted with other plumbers that wanted to charge us thousands of dollars to fix an issue that wasn’t even there. These guys showed up quickly after someone referred them to us and quickly found the issue. They fixed it within minutes and didn’t even want to charge us! I will never forget what these great people did for us. They’re very honest people and will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. I can't say enough about how 1st Call has restored my faith in great quality work from a local small business. Bob and Anthony were great! Last night our shower backed up so we reached out to 1st Call the next morning and they said they could be out the same day. They arrived on time and we even received a text notification prior to arrival. They quickly found the problem and took care of. They were respectful of our property and very courteous. It was one of those Yelp moments when you know why the plumbing co. you picked to fix/replace a kitchen faucet consistently gets 5 stars for their work. Professionalism. 1ST Call Plumbing did not disappoint. Chris Muha & Tate his assistant showed up to help. 1st off they fixed the problem of the faucet just by checking the release mechanism, but what was really impressive was my wife had seen a modern design she liked. Awesome customer service! Dealing with a few things on a very busy Monday and turning Moen Chateau (Plastic) Knob Handle to stand-up shower produced no hot water for my spouse. I am a bit conflicted about this review. First called 1st call back in April. They sent out Reno to replace a shower valve and replace our shower pan. After Reno left we discovered he had damaged our bathroom counter to the point it needed repair or replacement. Karl came out and agreed to have it fixed. While he was here he discovered the new shower valve was leaking. Reno and crew didn't do the job right. Karl fixed it and the owner John got our counter top fixed. So far so good. First Call was recommended to me by a friend after I sent out a distressed email that I had had two plumbers look at a mainline stoppage in my house and had completely opposite diagnoses. One told me it would be $15,000 to fix my plumbing; the other told me that it was the city's problem and to call them.
My friend recommended that I call First Call. She said that they we're honorable and would get my plumbing fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I made the call and spoke with Ryan in the front office

Price gouging at its finest!! Plumbers didn't introduce themselves. 3/17/21 Charged $1425 for replacing 10 feet of galvanized pipe with pex in less than two hours. Didn't check pressure and left and I still didn't have water!! That's $650 an hour for burst pipes! Then quoted another $1300 to come blow the lines out and told me to change every fixture in my house. 3 LICENSED PLUMBERS told me it shouldn't take cost more than $500. I had to call another plumber to clear my pipes inside. I asked for a partial refund was told no. Then their lawyer called me and offered $300

I had water pipes that burst with the Texas Snow Storm, Uri. I called 1st Call Plumbing because they sent me a flyer, and represented themselves as a "Family Owned" business. When the technician came, my "Free Estimate" was a contract he presented at the curb. $175.00/hr. for leak detection with a 4 hour minimum ($700.00) and a repair cost of $595.00/hr for repairs with a 4 hour minimum ($2,380.00). Another casualty of the polar vortex event 2021! Great customer service and due to the high demand for plumbers, I was kept informed as to when to expect my turn. I was called to verify I still needed a plumber and told they could be at my place within 30 minutes. Anthony and Reno arrived under 30 minutes, friendly, and both wearing face masks following the COVID-19 precautions. I had two broken pipes and the repairs were promptly completed. The water was turned on and they check for other leaks, luckily there were none. If I need a plumber in the future, I will definitely be calling 1st Call Plumbing

My mom called 1st Call Plumbing to check for a leakage at her home. She was recommended this company by a family friend. It was easy to make the appointment with Teresa and they came out the same day. Reno and Cory were very professional, wearing masks. They used a camera to check for leakage and determined the source of the leak. They didn't charge for their visit and recommended that we follow up with an appliance specialist. Art and Luis showed up wearing masks, due to COVID of course, we're on time. They were polite, friendly, and didn't mind answering questions that I had about the new air handler and condenser. 1st Call was quick to add me to their schedule and install the new unit, roughly 24 hours! They called to let me know that technicians were on the way and I would definitely recommend calling them because of how quick they were able to come out and replace the entire AC unit.

Had no Ac on a Sunday and they answered. Have seen those boys grow up on old commercials so I figured it give them a shot. Hopefully they learned good service from their mom and dad over the years when they owned Armendia. Well they did! I found out it is the same people under a different company name. They sent over Chris R. He was excellent and tackled it right away. Drain line was clogged and pan was full of water. They will be my 1st Call next time.

Ricardo came out to look at our air condition to give us a diagnostic assessment. He was professional courteous and gave us the information we needed to know how to address our problem. He wore a mask which is very important with the current Covid 19 situation and explained everything he was doing with the diagnostic check on the unit which I greatly appreciated. People, make this your one and only call for any plumbing needs. You will be treated like a very important customer the entire time. I had a huge job that spanned over a week and these guys were here when they said they were going to be here every single day. I never had to be behind them making sure stuff got done. The phone reps are so nice and knowledgeable as are the guys who do the work. I could go on and on about how great these guys are but the bottom line is you won't get better service anywhere else.

My garbage disposal was backed up so I called them for help. The person who answered the phone was very polite and set up an appointment right away. They called to tell me when they were 30 minutes out. The service person accessed the situation and I had a clog that they could plunge quickly, so they didn't charge me. And they even checked my water quality for free. I highly recommend them.
